I do erect bends, ''U'' bends , ''S'' bends or ''Z'' bends , stills neck breakers which is the whole side getting bent at once instead of small areas being hit like in the bends where I do each portion of the penis from left,right,up and down.
TCS/CTS stretches, which is pulling the penis at 12 O' Clock When fully erect and holding the stretch, also having ya fist under the penis to make it more intense, this stretches the whole front and back tunicae and it the opposite parts worked as opposed to the neck breakers.
I will be doing TOW stretches also [erect] as a member here has gained 0.25 icnhes in a short time from doing these.
I Do all these CLAMPenis EnlargementD of-course, I beive while FULLY ERECT as hard as possible and doing bends/stretches they work better than doing them flaccid as you are WORKING with the blood right there and than as opposed to flaccid bends, stretches where you HAVE TO bend HARDER to really get the stuff working .... when ya fully erect ya dont need to bend as hard cos of the tissues/cells being full and the pressure is already high.
I have gained already from doing such bends.
They seem to target Length more than girth, I suppose the girth could be hit if you press on the bend and make the penis flatten out ...than that would be a bend and working girth as-well.
