Well for starters. No pics. You know what a dick looks like. Tapered sauasage like thing. LOL Seriously I'm just too modest for sending out pics of my dick on the web.
Started at roughly 6 inches. Never got a real BP measure before starting. I decided to go with what I seemed to have as far as I could remember.
Now I'm at 8". That's a best ever measurement. BP. Possibly a forceful BP, but hey I've never seen it that long before.
My first year all I did was those "Admirals". Lig stretches basically. Near the end I had started a little bit of jelqing but hadn't really figured out how it's supposed to be done. I got most of my gains with my lig stretches. After I'd sort of used up what was there it slowed down a lot.
I then joined [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]MOS[/words] forum and switched to jelqing. A few months later some stretching. Recently I made good gains with flaccid jelqing that would end with a 10-20 sec stretch hold.
Maybe a half an hour a day on a really intense month. Sometimes I'd forget to do it. I'm not extremely methodical. The main thing is not to get discouraged. Keep doing it. Results will follow.
Break time seems to really help. I would take weeks off and then come back full force. Just because you haven't worked out in a month is no reason not to begin again.
I measure with a wood shim thick end toward my pubic bone. Rulers hurt. A wood shim is 8" long. I'm not sure what I'll use to measure with next. LOL A table leg? he he he
My best advice to newbies is to work those ligs. There is a lot of length hidden back there. I got about 1.5" just off of stretching my ligs. but everyones dick is different. What worked for me may not work for you. DLD talks about how he can gain length easy but not girth. Another guy on here is the girth king but can't get length.
Last December was a real goal oriented month. I got my first ever 8" measure on new years day. My routine in december... I worked lots of sessions throughout the day. Maybe not long sessions, but some in the morning and then some at night. I think I wore out my unit by doing it. No days off for a month is a lot of work. It got pretty intense. I think it was too intense. I would say that guys should be careful of damaging the nerves in their penis. Slow and steady is the trick.
Arries has some new girth stuff he's been doing. I've switched to that and visually it seems to have changed things down there really fast. Nothing massive, but I'm gaining.
I think it's possible to make good gains in a months time span if you focus and stay on schedule. The times I made gains were the times I really was aiming for results rather than just yankin it. I could see a 1/8" difference often over a two week time span and then results would stop for a bit. Kinda goes like that. You see gains then nothing, gains then nothing.
Any new guys out there who have doubts. Kill them. Kill doubt. You do have control over this, you will gain. Take that attitude and apply it to other things in life. Do something you've always wanted to do. even if it scares the shit out of you. I went back to college.
