To me the PC work as just as if not more important than the exercises. It seems that it always get push to the side though after doing Penis Enlargement work over a period of time.
I have done tons of girth work/overtrained and from this has left me with a penis that doesnt get to my max erect size anymore. I was planning on doing less each day or just training every other day. I have also left out PC work because it always slips my mind to do it.
I want to make a intense PC workout and do this 2 days on/1 off or every other day. On the off day from PC work I will be doing a light Girth routine.
If someone else has try something like this let me in on the details?
