To me the PC work as just as if not more important than the exercises. It seems that it always get push to the side though after doing Penis Enlargement work over a period of time.

I have done tons of girth work/overtrained and from this has left me with a penis that doesnt get to my max erect size anymore. I was planning on doing less each day or just training every other day. I have also left out PC work because it always slips my mind to do it.

I want to make a intense PC workout and do this 2 days on/1 off or every other day. On the off day from PC work I will be doing a light Girth routine.

If someone else has try something like this let me in on the details?
 
i been wondering this same thing for a while, i don't do pc workouts as often as stretching or erect work and i wonder if it is holdin me on this plateau right now. i hope red or dld can chime in, i remember dld sayin long pc sessions were givin him crazy orgasms but no one ever has really discussed pc work and ot effect( if any) on gains. but i gotta do more for sure in the meantime. guys? ps girth your sig quote is awesome!
 
I think it lends to longer and thicker erections because the muscles are stronger and able to hold more blood.

Everytime you get an erection there is potential for growth if it is strong enough. The only way to have a rally strong erection is to have strong pelvic floor muscles (PFM).

PC work is all good but in order to make quicker gains you need to deform and expand the tissue through manual exercises.
 
I did lots of PC work last month and little this month, yet i kept my stretching the same. I'm due to measure end of this month so maybe that can indicate to us whether PC work does help.

I feel it does as i don't think i have gained, anyway, who knows. September will tell.

I agree 100%. It's a big mistake to do Penis Enlargement exercises without balancing them with [words=http://fleshlight.sjv.io/c/348327/302851/4702]stamina[/words] work. Most men have poor [words=http://fleshlight.sjv.io/c/348327/302851/4702]stamina[/words] and control to begin with. Couple that with a larger penis (after all- a larger penis is going to need more blood) and you're in for some serious quality deficiencies.
 
i just started doing Penis Enlargement exercises again (i always forget to do them) and i was wondering, how often should i do them? if nobody told me i should rest, i'd do them all day every day just because it doesn't really get tired like other muscles
 
The reason I made this thread was after I read a article by a doctor on Penis Enlargement. He said"Yes, Penis Enlargement is possible. All men can enlarge twice there size naturally(refering to a erection). The penis is made up of extremely spongy and flexible tissue, So yes I do believe it is possible."

I started this because I believe there is size gains that some gains could see if they just spent some to with the kegels instead of thinking about the visual side of things and putting all the focus on exercises.

You can do them at the end of your Penis Enlargement workout.

It's my opinion that [words=http://fleshlight.sjv.io/c/348327/302851/4702]stamina[/words] work is the most important part of your training regimen. What good is a bigger penis if you can't maintain a rock solid erection for an appreciable amount of time.

The PC/BC muscles can be overtrained, so you don't want to overwork them.

I've stopped my Penis Enlargement routine since July but I'm still doing DLD Phase1 PC muscle workout 5/7 days.

Is it too much ?

When do you give yourself a chance to rest? It's from rest that you recuperate and overcompensate.

A good way of gauging whether or not you're overtraining is by keeping a detailed journal and by regularly monitoring your Physiologic Indicators. If you're overtraining your erections will start to suffer.

Your goal should be to continue pushing all of your numbers up- length, girth, and [words=http://fleshlight.sjv.io/c/348327/302851/4702]stamina[/words].
 
I say edging + kegals is the best work for supplementing gains. Basically kegaling and reverse kegaling to hold back your orgasm. When I do this my erection quality/hardness goes through the roof. I think this should really get the blood and healing juices flowing to the dick while it is an expanded state.

I've decided to do that for an hour or so on each of my off days and I'll tell y'all how that goes.

My erection are strong and hard like when I was 18 years old. I'm 34 years old now.

Maybe I should do it 4/7 days monday/tuesday and thursday/friday.

A little experimentation can yield great gains. Just keep referring to your journal and note any changes. You'll get feedback within a week or so (good or bad) and with your notes you'll have something to gauge it against.

well how much should i do them? i don't wanna overtrain and it end up worse off than if i hadn't did shit haha

Solution=PC work and also reverse kegels while edging these work for me like a charm.

And another thing your penis naturally can enlarge twice its size(erections) and this is a normal function for all men. But your body understand how not to put to much stress on the PC muscle by not sending to much blood to your penis.

Stronger PC and your body will understand that it can signal more blood and the elasticity or your penis will decide how much it will hold.

You'll need to start at a somewhat lighter pace than where you left off. A few weeks of light training should bring you back up to speed.

I would recommend working up to 50- 5 second kegels each day that you Penis Enlargement, with 2-3 "Stop and Start" (aka "edging") sessions per week.
