Do extenders cement gains?

It makes perfect sense to stay extended after a length session and everyone who think about it sees the logic behind the idea.

This is so true, DLD! This has been my mindset ever since I hopped back on the PE train and it's been working so well! This, I believe, is one of the most important facets of mental PE!

Lol I see. Well, then I'm glad I'm with [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]MOS[/words], and not the PE gym. All the other forums seem pretty out-dated as far as the most up-to-standard PE knowledge out there.

And on the note of hanging, I've been thinking of incorporating that into my daily routine. I just don't have any devices for that at this current time. Hopefully in the future, though.

I have started seeing PE as a life time commitment. Hopefully, my future partner will support me on this journey.
