Guys, I just tried this and let me tell you, if you are suffering from small girth or just have trouble packing girth on, you owe it to yourself to try this one. It will be maybe the most intense Penis Enlargement you have ever done, but I just attained almost a .75 inch girth increase after doing this workout which is unprecedented for me. Here's what I did

3 sets of DLD dry girth busters-10 slow dual dry jelqs, a 60 sec compression squeeze = 1 set. I repeated 3 times which takes about 5 min total.

20 minutes clamping, with various girth maneuvers such as uli, squeezes, and bends.

The above is one superset, I did 3. The entire workout took me an hour and a half and my dick has never looked so thick.
 
Awesome results man! It's similar to doing what I said I've done in the past, clamping for a while first, then doing an intense girth session right afterward. Congrats on the BIG pump!
 
I am also doing these I just started em up recently and they are really intense. I also stopped doing my warm up and am noticing longer post pumped girth. Feels like I am gaining only time will tell I suppose.

Just a quick question, Gandolf...is there any advantage, you think, of doing dry jelqs instead of wet jelqs (either combined with a clamp session or not)? I don't ever do dry jelqs...makes my skin hurt a lot, so I always do all my jelqing and other girth work with lube. Should I start trying them dry? What kind of difference does it make, if any?

I would have never belived that clamping would have been so widely used and favoured, and to think I have been banned like 3 times from two Penis Enlargement sites for talking about this cos it sounded freakish.

Hmm, try manual stuff before clamping, I think it enlarges your penis before putting the clamp on which causes it to swell to an even more enlarged state. Or superset like I do, 5 min manual, then 20 min clamp, ect...

I do think that the dry jelqs will work better for this. For whatever reason, I get a LOT more engorgement from than than I do from wet jelqs, and my dick will be hard as opposed to soft with fluid buildup.
 
We will have to include this routine on the site Gandolf. If the combo or GIRTH BUSTERS and CLAMPING are working for you then I have no doubts they will work for everybody.

Yeah, I've been experimenting with jelqing first for like 20 minutes, then clamping for a couple sets afterwards and it seems to do something beneficial for my cock.

Well I do dry jelqing like this. With an underhand grip place the OK at the base of the dick (I use jus the index finger & thumb for the OK). The important thing is to grip hard so that there's no relative motion (slip) between the penis skin and your OK grip. Kegel just b4 tightening your grip, then move it up (without an slippage) along the shaft till you come close to the head.

Can you give a little bit more detail on this method of training? I've been trying something similar to it, only I do wet jelqs first for like 20-30 minutes, then go on to clamped stuff for another 20 minutes and then I'm done.

Should I be doing more than that? In total, my workout lasts an hour... and that's without counting the hanging I'm doing (which is for about an hour as well).

How often did you do this type of workout, and how long before you started seeing a permanent change in your penis? It's all good and stuff to have a monster pump directly after a workout, but getting that size to STICK is the tricky part.
