For the record, nothing gives me better expansion then the original version and when I feel strong enough that is what I do, but this variation is also very powerful and can be used during more tiresome days.
DLD Fast Squash Jelq Exercise:
I get myself fully erect. Once I have an optimum erection I will kegel as much blood into my penis as possible than with one hand I clamp off at the base. I need some room to move the blood around so I will squeeze my glans releasing a small amount of blood than I clamp off again. The hand clamped off at the extreme jelqs upwards as the upper hand pushes down against the upward jelq. This "pushing" is done with an open hand, using the heal of the palm smashing, smooching and squashing the head against the force of the upward jelq. For me, in a typical [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]SSJ[/words], this jelq can take anywhere from 30 seconds to 2 minutes and this is where the exercise is different. With the FSJ (fast squash jelq) the same jelq takes only a couple of seconds, keeping a steady stoke going over and over. I will do as many reps as I can using one hand at the base before setting up for a hand change. For me, I can get a good 50 FSJ in before switching hands. As with a typical jelqing session for myself, my end goal is 600 total jelqs taking appx. 35 minutes.
With any girth exercise MAXIMUM EXPANSION should be the goal. If reps need to be adjusted to accomplish this then do so. For instance, if you feel as though you need to re-stimulate yourself, reclamp and switch hands at 25 reps, do so. If you feel as though you can go longer then the 50 I do, do so.
