Did anyone gained 1 inch just from normal jelging?Dld?

And how much time did you jelging?i want to jelg about 20 min at evening and about 20 min at morning,than gradualy 30 min at the morning and 30 min at the evening.
Or is better to do gradualy from 20 min to 1 hour jelging in one session before sleep?Thank you guys.
 
Just start with the normal Newbieprogramm. 20 Minutes Stretchting and 20 Minutes Jelqing work fine for most users. This is the routine almost everyone starts with and most people have good gains.

I think DLD just did jelqing in his first months and gained 1inch trough it, but I'm not sure about it.

I gained more than an inch after three months of jelqing, exclusively, then adding the stretches in my fourth month. It was the stretches PLUS the jelqing that made my gains kick in during that fourth month. However, I did not cut back on the jelqing. I just added the stretches to my total time--between one and two hours a day--in one session.
 
I've gave stretching a little rest lately because I keep messing up my grip and getting blisters on my head.

Jelqing seems to be aiding in length as well :)
 
The movement of the jelq is a stretching exercise, in addition to girth. Jelqing, at one time in history, was the only Penis Enlargement exercise according to some sources.

When I was researching stuff to see if there was anything online about Pe, the only things I ever would find were jelq references. Hardly any technique either. Just vague comments about arabic jelq stuff, followed by "it doesn't really work" and "be happy with what you have". That's why I came up with my own exercise and started doing lig stretches before finding [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]MOS[/words].

I had been doing Yoga and I read about Pe surgery to cut the ligs. Somehow it all clicked and I realized if I can stretch ligs in the rest of my body, why not stretch them in my unit. I think most newbie gains come from the ligs. I know my first 1.5" gain came from my lig stretches because all I did my first year and a half of Pe was my one exercise exclusively.

So yeah, it's all about those ligs for newbies.

I just bought a [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/mosdvd.htm]DVD[/words] from PBS so I can practice it at home. I think it will help with my relaxation before and during my P.E. session. I am more and more convinced that relaxation is a powerful component of gains while practicing P.E. I was soooo "loose" that fall and winter of 2003-2004 when I made my biggest gains.
