When I was researching stuff to see if there was anything online about Pe, the only things I ever would find were jelq references. Hardly any technique either. Just vague comments about arabic jelq stuff, followed by "it doesn't really work" and "be happy with what you have". That's why I came up with my own exercise and started doing lig stretches before finding [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]MOS[/words].
I had been doing Yoga and I read about Pe surgery to cut the ligs. Somehow it all clicked and I realized if I can stretch ligs in the rest of my body, why not stretch them in my unit. I think most newbie gains come from the ligs. I know my first 1.5" gain came from my lig stretches because all I did my first year and a half of Pe was my one exercise exclusively.
It wasn't till I found [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]MOS[/words] that I discovered I could also increase the mass through out the shaft for more girth.
So yeah, it's all about those ligs for newbies.
