Background - I've always been very shy about my flaccid penis' size. From a young age, I noticed that most boys had larger hanging tools than me, and it really had an impact on my confidence levels. I was in a swimming team for 7 years. Needless to say it was extremely embarrassing to get undressed in the showers after spending 2 hours in cold pool water. I won't go into much detail (unless you wanna know) about how it affected different aspects of my life, but lets just say it also made some difficulties with sexual performance. The thing that annoyed me the most is that when erect, I'm perfectly normal (about 6"), but because of the thought of a girl seeing my flaccid penis made me so anxious, I couldn't get hard in the first place with some of them.

I tried several things to fix that erectile dysfunction problem (which is totally psychological btw), like abstaining from adult entertainment for 4 months (ongoing - does help) and being with several sex-partners. While there is a noticeable improvement, I know that having the confidence to pull my pants down and never be shy about my size will massively boost my self-view and confidence.

Also, I proved to myself with quitting adult entertainment that I can be very consistent with what I do, once I have a strong enough reason to do it.

3 months ago I started experimenting with Penis Enlargement, but wasn't committed really - 3-4 weeks of Penis Enlargement in total. However, when I measured yesterday, I had a pleasant surprise - I gained 1cm (0.4") both in length and girth! It really proved me that Penis Enlargement works.

Its a kind of stretch bandage wrap. "Ace" brand comes with Velcro at the end.
I use a cheap version without Velcro. Have to add the self-sticky tape over it to anchor it down. Did a 25 min. jelqing session.

I also do some kegels from time to time. About 70-80 per day.


This is the first time I jelq outside of the shower. The session seems shorter because I watch some youtube videos to make time pass.
On the other hand, need to apply more lube more frequently - the humidity in the shower makes lube last longer.

I love the feeling after a good jelq session. It's as if the penis is more... alive! Also, morning wood is much stronger lately.

I'm still extra cautious with stretches, don't want to tear a lig. After I stressed the left lig too much with the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] some months ago, I decreased the intensity of my stretching sessions. Whenever I feel slight pain (the "bad" kind of pain), I stop immediately.

I might try to use the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] again tomorrow. 2 sets of 5-minute pumping, 5-minute jelqing.

Haven't been updating these two weeks because my left lig began aching again, so I had to stop for a few days. I hate this - wish it would heal and I could do Penis Enlargement at full throttle.

In the last few days I resumed jelqing, but this time I only apply light pressure and do short reps (1.5-2.5 seconds each). I started with 70 reps and gradually increase it. I'm now at 150 + some quick light v-jelqs. Every day I see how my body reacts and if I don't feel any pain, I either increase intensity or reps.

Lately I've been increasing the jelqing intensity and reps up to 250 jelqs + 100 quick v-jelqs. I also gradually add a "light version" of SSJs - it really helps with tissue expansion.
I jelq every day. When I don't have time for the whole routine (happens 1-2 times a week) I just do 100 quick jelqs, to keep my gains.
I won't be integrating stretches anytime soon - every time I do, I feel my left lig aching.
