Hi Guys. I've been working primarily on girth for the past few months. My routine consists generally of about 20 minutes of jelq, Ulis, compression squeezes. I then put on a cable clamp and do about 30 minutes of squeezes, Bends, etc. When finished, I'm really pumped and puffy. I then apply a hot wrap for a few minutes, get erect and clamp off at the base. Not too tight, just tight enough so that I maintain the pump for about 30 minutes. Ok, this routine is working really well for me, and I gain easily over 1/2 inch during a session. But I'm wondering if I should follow this routine daily, or take breaks. I'm still slightly pumped the day after and can easily get back to full expension if I do the routine again. But if I take a day or 2 off, it takes another couple of days to get to full expansion again. I'm wondering if there is any value in taking these days off. Perhaps being constantly "pumped" for weeks and/or months will produce more permanent, and greater, results. What's your guy's experience? RED? DLD? Others?

Listen to your dick, if you are not getting morning woods back off some. Or if your erection does'nt get rock hard anymore back off some, or if your penis just feels extremly sore as soon as begin the workout back off some.

Basically everybody is different some people can handle a routine like that, while other can't. Its up to you to know whne you are doing too much. As long as your penis feels healthy and looks healthy then continue what it is you are doing. I believe erection strength and frequency is a good indicator to let you know if you are overtraining or not!

Weak and less frequent erections = overtraining

Lots of woodys, morning wood, and strong hard erections = Contine with your program!
 
I have found that when I get an insane GIRTH workout in where I get incredible expansion, etc, etc. I can take a day off. I just took 2 days off from Girth and I have just finished a really good workout. When I started training today my girth looked decent but not the best it ever has. AFter my session my dick was thicker than it has ever been. I will more than likely give myself tomorrow off. Like crazyed27 said, listen to your body.

Where can I get a clamp the one your using? How about cock rings?
 
No need to be jerks about it guys. I would undestand perhaps a question asking "How to Jelq" or "What's a Kegel" but this requires more than just "the search function", I actually wanted some answers from "Fillerup" or anyone who uses the tools I'm interested in.

Redzulu is the clamp master I believe. He knows where to get different things. Walmart is a good guess.

Your girth routine sounds very effective and I want something like it.
Arthritis in my hands gives me problems jelqing, clamping looks to be the way.

Cable clamps are the way to go. www.cableclamp.com You will want the medium one(mine is blue). Use some type of wrap under it when you use it. [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?44-Ace-Strapped-Jims-Joint]Ace[/words] wrap or pipe insulation.
 
I find when I make the best gains is when I keep my donger fatigued, i've been clamping for about 3-4 hours a day now that I sprained my ankle playing soccer...my flaccid looks bigger and fatter than ever, im even seeing a .10" gain in the morning when I measure.. :) people are different though, you should also listen to your body.

They weren't being jerks. I would assume that Ghost Dogg posted the pic because you are a newbie, so you might not know where the search button is. And yes, on this board that question is nearly as common as "what is jelqing." ;)
 
Hey guys, thanks for the comments. I think I'll take DLD's advice when he suggests it's ok to take a day off if you've had a really good "pump". A little tip: sometimes I use a little viagra during a girth workout. I don't need much, perhaps 15 mg works like a damn. Helps me stay erect throughout the workout. As I'm on the downside of 50 now, it's increasingly difficult to maintain an erection for extended girth sessions. A little V really helps here. To DMAN81: I got my cable clamp at Home Depot here in Canada where I live. I imagine Walmart may have them as well as other hardware stores. As to maintaining a post workout pump, I use a "Cock Cushion" sold by the CTC company who makes the XL1000/3000 vacuum pumps. They come in different sizes and work very well for keeping the engorgment going. You can check them out at http://www.ctc-company.com But I think you can use a cable clamp to do the same thing, and make it fairly invisible by filing down the knob, as I believe SWM has done. Hoe this helps :)
