Hi Guys. I've been working primarily on girth for the past few months. My routine consists generally of about 20 minutes of jelq, Ulis, compression squeezes. I then put on a cable clamp and do about 30 minutes of squeezes, Bends, etc. When finished, I'm really pumped and puffy. I then apply a hot wrap for a few minutes, get erect and clamp off at the base. Not too tight, just tight enough so that I maintain the pump for about 30 minutes. Ok, this routine is working really well for me, and I gain easily over 1/2 inch during a session. But I'm wondering if I should follow this routine daily, or take breaks. I'm still slightly pumped the day after and can easily get back to full expension if I do the routine again. But if I take a day or 2 off, it takes another couple of days to get to full expansion again. I'm wondering if there is any value in taking these days off. Perhaps being constantly "pumped" for weeks and/or months will produce more permanent, and greater, results. What's your guy's experience? RED? DLD? Others?
