Creating a curve?

you would say was created sum sort of scar tissue/plaque plaque under the skin of the penis or just natural tissue bending manipulation? althogh i know all scars that make tissues less elastic can be revert by sum extend with proper massages and such promoting bloodflow etc. at least from what i did read about general scars.
 
i like my penis straight but thats only personal aesthetics point. now as mentioned a good curve can target girls sensitive areas better and get a more functional penis. is a thing that i need after gain sum length with it straight, if i want ot not. in terms of scars creation if can be healed for most part, can be a way to gain size i believe since will force a side get bigger, and extender would try create tissue other side to straight it up. just my mind thinking, i can be wathicng it all wrong.

I did these for years till I was able to reach my goal. The same can be used to creating a curve.
