Very good routine in many ways but I do have a few tips that may help. First, before you start training girth or length it is important to get oil about 5 minutes of Bundled Stretches, these will help pre-stretch the Tunica, a very dense covering about the penis. This will allow you to take on more length and girth in any given session. Erect stretches are important, 3 times a week for 5 minutes is plenty. Expressive Stretches are also important and a way to make gains from a different part of the body, pulling internal penis outward. This can be done in many ways and it, along with everything else I am suggesting, can be expanded upon by reading the first post in the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?64036-My-Best-Work-Ever-Penis-Enlargement-will-Be-Changed-Forever-gt-gt-Gain%20inches%20with%20SRT-Theory-and-Routine]SRT[/words] thread. Nice routine, but you should pay more attention on BASIC stretching, I like your warming up with jelqing, but you should do at least 15 min of basic stretching, I am telling you this because in past I wasn't paying so much attention on stretches, and it cost me gains, literally I have lost ONE ENTIRE YEAR on PE with no significant result, 3 months ago I started stretching regularly and now I am gaining nicely...
Point is, you cant get length if you do not implement some girth work, and vice versa! :)

Flee from short term goals of 3 months. You will gain but it might not be as much as you have anticipated. The best time frame is 6 months but I give myself 1 year.
