For all my life my Corpus Spongiosum (the bottom part of my penis) has never really been solid rock hard, it gets erect but it is kind of 'spongy'. Meanwhile my Corpora Cavernosa's can get hard as a rock ready to be used as a hammer. I was wondering, is there anyway to get my CS to be this rock solid hard? I was circumcised at birth, do you think this caused me vascular problems?

Every man has a soft spongiosum and a hard cavernosum when erect. That is perfectly normal.
 
I still am yet to see my Spongiosum become more predominant. Most pornstars seem to have a very pronounced Spongiosum, mine seems to tail off midshaft.

Some men are built different. I would just continue your course with hopes of a gain in this area, I know my spongiosum had increased in size and depth but I never specifically trained this area, it benefitted from the exercises I was doing.

There really is no way to enlarge this in an isolated way, it will become more pronounced with stronger pelvic floor muscles, it will become larger along with the rest of the penis.

Once again, just when I thought I was some kind of creative genius when it came to NPenis Enlargement, I find that I've been beaten to the punch!
