let me say that i have just started doing constrictors. i did a horse 440 constrictor today for 25 mintes. man i got red spots everywhere. i clamped at bae and below head and was completely most engorged ever for the 25 minutes.

i think this is the best girth exercise ever devised. with that i would like everyone who clamps to post their gains with clamps and in how long example : "i gained an inch in girth using constrictors in 1 month, clamping 6 days a week for 30 minutes"
 
Well at october11 im gonna se if i have gained anything, will not measure at regular way. I use objects. Im doing clampd horse 440, isolated compression squeezes, dual dry jelq...
 
I have gained around the 1.5'' mark in erect girth with clamps.
Used the standard constricter mainly, but have used alsorts of others from the guide since, however I think the growth came mainly from the standard....also the clamped horse rocks.
 
yeah red, the clamped horse is awesome. i did 40 minutes clamp horse yesterday wow my internal shaft felt intensely stretched. dude how long did it take u to gain the 1.5 inches in erect girth?, also do u think it wood be good to clamp for 30 minutes twice a day? example i want to try first 30 minute horse clamp session at say 2 pm then the second 30 minute clmaped horse session at 10:30

That is amazing dude. Think i have read that you've used a shoelace from the beginning, then later found an cable clamp sort of thing in your garden. Well for how long did you use the shoelace principle? and did you lose any erection with it on. Imean, did you have to stimulate yourself at all time?
And do you have a special kind of way to tie the shoelace?

Yeah i have tried Horse 440 constricted, wonderful thing! So intense you think death has come early for supper.
 
hey guys some explain to me the term "horse" exactly. does that mean just gripping around the shaft and squeezing as hard as possible. if thats it how long u guys usually squeeze for. also whats this clamping at midshaft? how does that work for ya? oh yeah i started clamping about a month ago gained close to half an inch in girth so far
 
The shoelace was used for around a year if not more.
I had to stimmulate like I would with the clamp on.
Its tied in a loop or slip knot.
Took me over 2 years to get that 1.5''.
I also would say do the X2 30 min clamp sessions if you can.

Hey red what do you think of having a regular constrictor session, then stretch after? Is it good or bad, or should one do them after?
 
I cant see it being bad at all.
Think it could be very beneficial, but cant comment cos I havent really done constricters than done stretches afterwards, but THINK about it.......the insides should stretch better from all that engorgement, with the blood being enriched into the tissue, give it a shot.
 
Cant give it a shot tonight, have a small wound, but it feels alot when gripping for a stretch. But, i'll try and se if i can bare with it. I would think that having a constrictor session before would aid in those folks who suffer from erection creeping up when they stretch, because after constr, the cock is in its lazy mode in pumping.
 
I started clamping 5 months ago, starting at 20 minutes per day working up to 60 minutes per day, and have gained 0.75" mid shaft girth (not newbie gains).

what clamped exercises did you do?
I just got into clamping three days ago and I'm loving it. I just need to gain between 0.5" and 0.75" to achieve my girth goals, and I think clamping is the St Graal of girth.
Also should I clamp every other day?

Uli's, and the uli's where you squeeze below the head with your other hand
 
I love clamping as well. I try to get in about 15 min of clamping a night, usually bending/squeezing during that period. I like to do uli type squeezes, and bends to the left and right. Sometimes I squeeze on the head too to build up that chamber underneath your shaft kinda.
 
i only horse clamps(one clamp at base,one below head) after an hour the tunica is in a vulnerable state because fo the rpessure exerted during the hour. applying an a-stretch or even blasters would result sin amazing gains in short time
