I looked around the threads about the Lot Theory. When i stretch my penis striaght down and kegeli get no tug back, so my lot is 6 right? That means that best way to stres the ligs s to do stretch more upward then down ward?

Keep your mind away from LOT, it is more of a disability than anything else. Stretch your penis is every direction and it will get longer.

Movement:
Grasp the flaccid penis, perform a stretch outward from the body. Maintain a hold and perform a kegel.​

Method to determine LOT:
When determining LOT, it is important to go by a visual (eye-sight), NEVER by feel. Ignore the flex feeling in the body and watch the penis. When the tug-back is not visible seen, your LOT has been determined.

Stand sideways in front of a mirror, having the penis parallel with the surface of it. Now visualize half of a clock face of the hours 6-12 where the penis is at the 9 o’clock position.

While holding the penis in the stretch, point the shaft straight up at the 12 o’clock position and kegel. The penis should tug-back and you experience an actual visual of it. Do not pull so tight on the stretch to hinder the tug-back when performing the kegel movement.

While maintaining your stretch at the 12 o’clock position begin kegeling over and over throughout. Slowly move the penis down, maintaining the outward stretch and kegeling movement. Visually watch in the mirror, observe closely for the moment until the tug-back stops and no longer visually seen.

Imagine your penis tug-back stopped while pointing at the 9 o’clock position. The LOT would be determined as 9:00, just as it is in the diagram. If your tug-back is lost between the 7th and 8th hour, then the LOT is determined as 7:30.

LOT Theory: The correlation between LOT and length gains.

Low LOT: Ligaments are longer, looser, or lower and gains are slower and harder.
Hanging or stretching at high angles to stress the tunica, rather than the ligaments

High LOT: Ligaments are shorter, tighter or higher and gains are quicker and easier.
Hanging and stretching at low angles to stress the ligaments.

Applying LOT effectively for potential gains


06:00-07:00: The majority of stress should be placed on the tunica with high angle hanging and stretching.
07:00-08:00: Both low and high angle hanging and stretching can be use. Placing the low angle hanging and stretching at a minimal.
08:00-09:00: Both low and high angle hanging and stretching can be use. Placing the high angle hanging and stretching at a maximal
09:00-12:00: The majority of stress should be placed on the ligaments with low angle hanging and stretching.

Regular scheduled checks of your LOT should be done over time and exercises for any changes in your LOT to make the necessary adjustments to your P.E. routine.

It's just a "THEORY", as DLD stated ... "Stretch your penis is every direction and it will get longer."
