but I was reading up on cock rings etc as I know they are and important part of [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?64036-My-Best-Work-Ever-Penis-Enlargement-will-Be-Changed-Forever-gt-gt-Gain%20inches%20with%20SRT-Theory-and-Routine]srt[/words] , keeping the penis in a larger state while healing. but I cant for the life of me remember where I read this but somewhere I read was a reply from a healthcare proffesonal online, that keeping a cock ring on all day ( I use the silicone stretchy ones) can cause nerve damage in the penis and if the glands go cold that's also a really bad sign so naturally I was bit freaking out as I not long ago got one and just shoved it on my dick after a 5x5x3 set and my glands were cold after 20 minutes or so ( it is winter atm where I live) . so I decided to keep ring on for like 20 minutes then have break and re apply , but any advice for me here would be greatly appreciated!! and general thoughts on this would be great too thanks in advance .... Well, what you did might not have been one of the best things to do, but it sure is not something THAT serious. I think you have nothing to worry about. As long as you can use it efficiently and you're healthy (overall and penile health) it is all ok. Just make sure not to do the same stuff again. :)

thanks for the speedy reply as always, can we recommend dld to give you a knighthood or something in the forum ? :P . and I don't get the end of your reply too , make sure I don't do the same stuff again? confused a lil (ok a lot)
 
Cock rings can be very beneficial, but I am not an advocate for all day cockrings. Some can be loose enough, surely and I am not saying not to use them, just not a big fan of the idea.

I think Zam meant not to go for too long cock ring session again. Be aware of the warmth of your penis the whole time. The tighter the ring, the more caution you must use.
Your glans will usually get colder by some point of wearing a cockring. When you feel your glans getting colder, do some kegels or otherwise make blood flow or call it a session.

Even though I said I'm not an advocate for all day cockring method, I am a damn big fan of cockrings! Have a bunch of different kind and looking to buy some more, crazy me. But, a very efficient way to make girth gains.

rofl! Thanks for the kind words! Yes- ark is correct! I meant to advise you not to do this (to stay for THAT prolonged time with a tight cock ring on) again. :)

P.S- rofl!!!!!!!!!!!!! Knighthood... that would be extremely badass though rofl!!!!

Arise Sir Zammy , knight of the brotherhood :P

what I did do was as I have two cock rings that came in a pack (same size) I managed to stretch one out from wearing it so its loose but tight enough to stay which is good, the other is really tight so what I do is leave the tight on on 20-40 mins depending on how I feel , then after the break stick on the looser one which seemed fine yesterday kept blood warm etc , the fluid retention seems to stay though , so not sure If its gains I keeping or fuid , either way the skin is staying expanded which is a bonus !!!

thanks yall for the quick repsonses , if I knew how to double quote etc I would , on arks note I am lovin my rings too , any advice for some great types etc?

Good to know that you have a loose and a tight one. When you start getting too "blue" just strap on the looser one :)

I've found Oxballs to be a good supplier. Very homosexual site though, but their products are top notch! I like Powerballs a lot, I use that for many purposes. I'm going to make an order on other rings soon.
As Zam mentioned, a nice tighter and nice loose one are your main "keys" to speak of. When it comes to materials, silicone is good. Oxballs supplies a very nice TPR stuff. Usually I've disliked TPR, but manufacturer matters it seems.
Do experiment with the width of the ring. I prefer to have some width, so the area of compression is somewhat bigger. Slim O-ring types are good for some exercises, but that's just when you're on a tight budget I'd say.
Slim O-rings combined can work nicely, I've done that too. (As in stacking them.)

Remember to have a suitable lube. Water-based works for pretty much all products, but do try silicone and other variables.

Use one that has less constriction. I use a rubber hair band that just happens to work nicely with my size.
 
Yeah I'm not sure that it'd be safe to wear it all day.
At least I'd be afraid to do it.
