When i used one i found that even though circulation was not cutoff it was not as good it as when without the lock. this was primarily because of the downward stress and the odd shape and weight distribution of the padlock.
to counter this i put a second one of the same size right above it with the ring on the underside of my penis. This immediately made my penis look like normal without the lock on and also increased the amount of tension.
I even have a bigger master padlock that i use when i am around the house to raise the weight even more. All in all the max weight is around 3lbs at most, but worn over the course of a few hours combined with stretching should yield some great results for length.

When I stated "think Hell's Angels", I was trying to show the reader what I meant by "bikers". I wasn't insinuating that any Hell's Angels actually wear stretchers
I've known a few club bikers. One actually confirmed that he had heard about this. He said that some of the guys that would hang locks were known to reach into their pants and use the locks as makeshift brass knuckles when a brawl broke out.
