No the only way I see it retract is if you're not erect. Flaccid dick = shriveled with coldness. The only problem I see with cold water from schooling is that it won't speed up the healing process of cells to heal the penis as it expands

I think you'll need a balance of both tbh. Like have your hot and cold days for [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]bathmate[/words] water.

I do both and I've found cold has more benifits for me
