I've already tried many of DLDs training routines and modified them slightly but have become ineffective as of now. Anybody want to help give me an advanced routine that could be based on 1.5 hours of length and half hour of girth? Or have any tips on the slightest? just keep doing the exercises that work for you and find a combination or order that works best. I think the main thing to keep in mind the bigger your routine gets the more fatigued you get so keep watching EQ. A huge dick is no good if your EQ is shot from doing a 6 hour routine. You might want to invest in a pump and [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] to really utilize the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?64036-My-Best-Work-Ever-Penis-Enlargement-will-Be-Changed-Forever-gt-gt-Gain%20inches%20with%20SRT-Theory-and-Routine]SRT[/words] method.
 
A few months ago I thought I might have hit a plateau as well, (was stuck at 7.99), but I soldiered-on, added bundles, started Kegels and reverse Kegels in my [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]X40[/words] at 100% pressure...now I'm consistently hitting the end of the measuring sticker, (@ 8.50"). I think the Kegels in the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]BM[/words] were the key for me...I could feel a lot of expansion with every squeeze

kegels in terms of stretching at the same time, do you think that is good? like a normal stretch but i kegel as i stretch do you think it's efficient?
 
when you reach a plateau or a stall in gains it makes sense to stop, regroup and start with basics again. This is a sort of reset when advanced work becomes ineffective. I suggest starting with the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-newbie-forum/1597-dlds-first-routine-i-gained-2-inches-with-this-routine-full-tutorial.html]Newbie Routine[/words] again. I would swap out the stretching with the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]LengthMaster[/words] as much as you can to become more used to it. I would also swap out the Jelq with the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]SlowSquashJelq[/words] but that is up to you. After a week or two prepare yourself for a new workout, completely different from what you have down before. With 1.5 hours to spend per day you can create a pretty intense routine. By this time I hope you have become proficient with the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]LengthMaster[/words] and can incorporate this into the new routine.

As far as what to do for an advanced routine I would try to stick with the guidelines of [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?64036-My-Best-Work-Ever-Penis-Enlargement-will-Be-Changed-Forever-gt-gt-Gain%20inches%20with%20SRT-Theory-and-Routine]SRT[/words] in the sense that there are certain exercises that are very necessary to gaining, regardless of the routine. Expressive Stretching, Erect Stretching, Bundle Stretches, and other important exercises to make the accompanying exercises work more effectively.
