So to speed this up, you basically have to become one with your cock. Techniques
Bathmate extreme Presses
I find doing this has helped with lengthining in the pump. I am noticing a corilation between this and the flaccid pull measurement.
1. At maximum pressure, release all water from ball pump, notice a tighter pull
2. Grab pump with both hands and put pressure on pump towards your pelvis. Notice more length in pump.
3. While in this state, massage ball to get more water and release water from ball pump.
4. Leave on for no more than 5 min. Not sure what would happen passed this as I can't tolerate this pressure for too long.
5. do this 1-2x during your session. I tend to end with this.
You also can do the above in reverse. Meaning pull away from pelvis. I can not tolerate the reverse method yet, but is a plan.
