This clamping exercise is by far the best I've doneMOS
First I get an erection and clamp without wrappingMOS
But before that I tie my old stretched worn out [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?44-Ace-Strapped-Jims-Joint]ace bandage[/words] at the bottom of clamp where my cs will be then I clamp
Once clamped I pull the two strands of the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?44-Ace-Strapped-Jims-Joint]ace bandage[/words] like two cords tuck them under and sit on them one cord under each MOSbutt cheek. I pull hard enough so that the clamp leaves free space on the underside so that my cs is free to fill with blood yet my ccs are clamped. Your erection will be pulled down either pointing forward or toward the floor depending on how hard u pull the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?44-Ace-Strapped-Jims-Joint]ace bandage[/words] before sitting on it. Then to edge you bend the penis up to the normal jerkoff position MOSso your ccs are clamped off to stop blood from leaving erection then I edge and jelq and uli etc this exercise makes my cs expand like never before and the blood that fills my ccs has difficulty draining out I spend 20-30 mins in clamp and to exercise my cs I pinch right under the head and kegal and hold
The expansion is amazing this is an extremely intense exercise I do not recommend for those who are beginners at allMOS
Your veins bulge your cs gets gigantic and it holds to time under tension rule because time flies and your hands wrists and fingers don't get tired and your not clamping your cs so there is waaaay more blood flow plus you can stop, hold you penis in place with one hand and smoke a bogie or write a cool post like I am write now on my I phone and the erection will barely go down if at all which is the case you hard kegal and hold every now and thenMOS
 
This exercise has amazing temp girth gains when I used to do normal clamping without giving my cs a pumped up blood supply my erections would always be sum what gummy and kinda heavy but now with this exercise my erection try's to point up and my cs is huge. In this exercise MOSI have a constant supply of blood through my liberated cs while at the same time while bending my erection towards my stomach super clamps the ccs ONLY trapping the fresh blood in there and the cs is so pumped it fills your glans to the max and in doing so every time you super kegal and hold you are filling the penis to the max and keeping it there plus no annoying manual clamps to make the wrists tired I like to squeeze my glands with left then right hand fore several minutes without releasing your grip or your kegal then I do the same for my cs by pinching just below the MOSheadend holding a kegal for several minutes the closer you bend the dick to u the less blood escapes for these squeezesMOS
My routine is basically that and long kegals and whacking it for 20-30 minsMOS
Once ive done my workout I edge without busting and relaxMOS

The best exercise ive ever done it even helps length by encouraging the member to the max in all directions

I never used a [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]power assist[/words] but you could probably do a similar exercise with the hole in that if it ain't too small for your erection I dunno the size of the hole

It's easy just cut two strips of [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?44-Ace-Strapped-Jims-Joint]ace[/words] tie to each side of clamp so that when clamped they are tied by the sides of your erection take the strips of [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?44-Ace-Strapped-Jims-Joint]ace[/words] tuck em btwn your legs n ur balls so there is a strip btwn ur leg and balls on each side and once ur hard pull the strips and once it starts to force your boner to face down figure out how hard u feel comfy pulling then sit on them bend your erection towards you and go at whatever girth routine you can do while clamped and kegal constantly the harder u bend the longer the blood stays in ccs and cs and tunicae needs time under tension
Pinch your glands at the tip of your cs and kegals deeeep and hold it
Repeat

This exercise clamps off where the blood leaves Andrew it leaves the cs to be free the cs is essential for eq and clamping it off can leave indentations in the cs which are bad for eq
I had 2 indentations along my cs for 2 years they are gone now
