So my bpel is 6.5-6.75 and my pbfsl is 6.75, i hear others have an inch more of their bpfsl in relation to the bpel why is mine at the same length? is this what's causing me not to gain? how can i fix this
 
not everyone can be same.......try posting pictures with showing both so its clear.....also it depends on your fat pad also.......gains does not have anything to do with this ..this is only for measurement purpose......
whats your routine ?? maybe you need some changes in your routine or add exercises and intensity

To know this we really need to know what your routine is and how long you have been training.

I've trained for 9 months and gained an inch of bpel. My routine started out with jelqs for a month then i added stretches up down left right straight, and as of now my current routine i have is warm up and try immediately to do mandoigo stretch 5 times for like 45 sec-1 min. Next i do A stretch for 50 sec. Then i do erect stretches straight out for 45 sec 5 times. My BPFL is usually about 1/2" longer than my BPEL. I have read about guys with a larger difference and I have read about guys with a longer BPEL. Each guy's dick responds differently under similar circumstances.
 
this is actually really interesting. out of curiosity was it always like this? or is it happening due to you working out?

normally i always say that gains comes in the following pattern.

bpfl
bpel
fl
El.

so lets play with the idea that your penis has been growing due to the erect stretches. and therefore you gained in bpel. actually to the point where it caught up with the bpfl.

then this is very very interesting as we now have a focus area for all those with a big gap between bpfl and bpel

Well here's the thing, ive had my 6.5 bpel and bpfsl since before my current routine. So before my current routine it was just stretches everywhere with jelqing at a low level and thats it and I've been stuck at 6.5 bpel and 6.5-.75 bpfsl for a while now. I added new stretches as seen in my current routine because i haven't gained. I only feel the stretch sometimes, i pull as hard as i can and I'm fairly strong so I'm thinking of getting a [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]length master[/words] but that'll wait. But to actually respond to you, i doubt the erect stretches have made me grow, i wouldve noticed and I've done my current routine for about 2 months. So yes its been this way since I've reached 6.5 bpel but before i had an inch more of bpfsl
 
check out dlds blasters (the one for lenght not the girth blasters)

and read the whole post twice. you need to learn to fatique your pelvic muscles.

It sounds like you are doing much of what is needed to gain. I would suggest that you need to use more intensity but I gather your realize this because you want a [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]LengthMaster[/words]. I would add in some expressive stretches as part of your daily routine. With no equipment you can do these by gripping low on your shaft and stretching from there. Another thing you could try is doing mini-length sessions throughout the day when you have a chance, nothing big, just a couple minutes of stretching to keep the penis under more stress throughout the day.

Yes that is correct. I'll keep at it and do it throughout the day as your suggest and also add more expressive stretching and i guess doing 3 sets perhaps
 
I also want to make note this has been discussed in Thunders and have theorized that the bigger difference in bpfsl and bpel, then the more potential length gain, and the smaller the difference, the harder to gain. So i must be missing something that is not helping me stretch my bpfsl, which must be my intensity. Thats what i think at least
 
BPFSL is an interesting indicator of gains,but makes no sense being worried about that IMO,the only thing that id say is important are the erect gains but is just my dumb opinion:)

Yes i suppose you are right but the focus for me then should be bpfsl because i can do the work to gain bpel

Believe it or not the most important measurement is flaccid-stretched, bone-pressed for the simple reason it os always accurate. Of course erect length is the overall goal but in order to chart gains with the most accuracy we need to measure FSBP. Erections can waver in hardness and if eq is even a bit off the measurement will be incorrect.
 
I think it's possible your routine is too unfocused. I'm also willing to bet at least one of those stretches really seems to give you more feeling of stretching than the others. I'd have to guess it's the Mandingo and bundles. What I do is use the Mandingo stretch in 5 directions, straight out, up, down, left, and right. I do 4 short routines a day. I also use an [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] and a heating pad but I really feel like the stretching routines are where I'm making the gains.

If nothing else, consider a more focused approach. Start with what you think will work best, and if you get nothing, move on to the next thing. Worth a shot right?

Yeah i should focus on the stretches that i can feel a stretch. Thanks and I'll try and just add more time for mandingo stretches.

That is generally the smartest thing to do. There are some men that react differently to various stretches but there are plenty of stretches out there for everyone to create a stretching routine that is gainful.
