I've trained for 9 months and gained an inch of bpel. My routine started out with jelqs for a month then i added stretches up down left right straight, and as of now my current routine i have is warm up and try immediately to do mandoigo stretch 5 times for like 45 sec-1 min. Next i do A stretch for 50 sec. Then i do erect stretches straight out for 45 sec 5 times. Then i stretch in each direction for 1 min 30 sec and i do 2 sets of these normal stretches, after i do bundled stretches 4 time 30 sec, next i do behind the cheeks stretch 2x 30 sec each and i jelq with low erection because I'm focusing on length then i warm down. *warm ups, warm downs consist of warm water in a cup and i dip my member in there for 5 minutes * Im having a problem feeling the stretch nowadays and I'm waiting to get a job so i can buy the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]
