Hey guys. Well I'm finally to the point of where I am ready to seriously start with Penis Enlargement. I have started many times and failed due to some excuse or another. "I don't have time" or "I'm way too busy" or "I will buy that membership as soon as I have some extra money" Well the other day I woke up and finally smelled the coffee, literally. Every morning on my way to school I go to the same dam Starbucks and waste $5 on an over priced waker upper. So the other night in bed I sat there and really thought about it.

The price of DLD's membership is only a mere $50 and I realized that at this point I am spending $120 a month just on my morning cup of joe alone. Not only that, but the only reason I am tired in the morning is that I choose to stay up at night watching several hours of television before dozing off. Not only that, but I read a recent research article suggesting that caffeine leads directly to weight gain. So naturally I have decided to kick the cup of joe and every other daily source of Caffeine with none other than high quality H20saving a bundle of money in the process.

I like most every other man on this planet desire a larger penis, the ideal size of 8x6, and with my current measurements I see that as a very obtainable goal with hard work and dedication. But since it is already getting late tonight and I have to be up at 6:40 I need to go get some sleep so I'm not feeling the lack of caffeine so much in the morning. I'll keep you all posted and hope you all follow along with me to help keep me motivated!

Starting Measurements:

NBPenis EnlargementL: 6"
BPenis EnlargementL: 6.25"
EG Under Glans: 4.5"
EG Midshaft: 4.75"
EG Base: 5.25"

I also took a pic w/ my camera phone of every one of these measurements and hope to get them posted some time tomorrow as well as my routine which will probably be a personally modified version of DLD's Phase One Routine.
 
OK guys here are my starting pics. I know they aren't that great quality but they help a lot more than not having any at all. The only problem that I had was that I didn't have an actual ruler present at the time so I just taped one to a 3 ring binder, lol and I was having a little difficulty being the person posing and taking the shot, but I think you at least get the idea. I had a really tough time taking a picture of my BPenis EnlargementL, and in that picture it appears I'm cheating it about an inch however my penis is actually pointing down.

200 kegels - 1 second squeeze

I'm just starting it out slow and going to start picking up steam through next week. This should get the whole routine thing going for me and get me a good footing. I'll keep you posted after my first workout
 
Good stuff man. Im just starting to seriously start pe too. lol like u im always making up excuses that in the end make me fail at keeping consistent. I you read my log u'll see. I just started and i already missed 2 days. But atleast my excuses the last 2 days wern't to pathetic compared to some that im guilty of like watching a good show instead of pe'ing or even wacking off.

'eh it's ok. I was so tired last night that I only got 10 minutes of stretching and 15 minutes of half-assed Jelqing done. But I started to fall alseep so I just cut it early. I just got off working 12 hours so I'm probably only going to stretch tonight. And THEN since I haven't done any homework I might just stretch tomorrow night as well. I think I will make the weekends "off" days where I will only stretch and do kegels. We'll see.
 
Ok the last couple of days have been pretty busy. Since I'm a nerd and love Halo I have been spilling way to much time on the new game. However I haven't completely skipped out on my routine. I have been stretching 2x a day for 15 minutes and am currently doing about 200 kegels a day. Will start jelqing again soon (possibly tonight) and I am considering buying a [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]power assist[/words] to help maximize manual stretching gains.
 
Ok well I have made some revisions to my routine. Right now I think I'm going to focus on length so I have mainly been doing stretches and kegels and I'm going to order a [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]power assist[/words] now

NOTE -> For a warm up a rice sock works excellent. I always used a hot washcloth that got cold fast and left a clammy feeling or just a hot shower that was a waste of time and water. With the rice sock it's a comfortable and easy warm-up. I will do this from now on.
 
Ok. I feel that I have to post my girth routine that I have been working on for a while and just tested it out.

5 minutes Jelqing and once a minute 10 sec. head squeeze (as much blood in glans as possible)

after 5 minutes 10 - 10 second slow squash jelqs (I modified it a little from the members area video and instead of pushing on the glans with your palm I just squeeze all of the blood out of the glans and hold it)

Repeat 5 times

My next measurement will be October 31st and after that Thanksgiving and then hopefully on X-Mas I will be packing some serious meat!

True. But I haven't started hanging yet and I don't plan on it until I reach a plateau and need to. Right now I'm going to stick with manual stretching (ordered a [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]power assist[/words] a couple hours ago!) and good 'ol jelqs and various other girth exercises.

Anywho, I just got off of a great session. Did about 30 minutes manual stretching throughout the day whenever I had a chance and spent about 32 minutes on my girth routine which left me feeling great.

Also, I mentioned that I started using a rice sock earlier and every time I use it I just get an excellent warm-up from it and couldn't give it any higher props.

And on another note, I have been making sure to warm-down after every girth session as well. This helps me keep the blood flowing good through my penis and allows the tissue to stay expanded hopefully helping me cement my gains a little more. Then once I am done with that I usually edge for about 10-15 minutes before going to bed.

NOTE: Also I don't know if any of you have any trouble with Vaseline cleanup after their routine since it repels water, bblover told me to try and use a little hand lotion before using the vaseline and I must say it was a good tip as the vaseline didn't seem to take as long to come off.

Well after joining "Team October" I am ever more determined to have one hell of a strong month. Today I did all of the same things I have been doing and even missed around with constricting a little bit doing 4 - 5 minute rounds constricting once after every time I edge. It felt very intense and my member was getting a better stretch than I ever thought possible. I think I will keep messing around with it.
 
Last night whenever I was Jelqing it just didn't feel like I was getting an intense enough workout with my Jeqls so I proceeded with some horse 440's thrown in there randomly and while in a horse I would proceed with finishing the Jelq, that helped the intensity a little bit. I think that is mostly in part due to the fact that my penis is starting to get conditioned from all of this work I'm doing to it. I think I will take a deconditioning break once I reach 1/2 x 1/2 gains.
 
Well right now I feel completely ashamed of myself............. I took out the ruler. Yeah I know, it was a dumb mistake. From what I measured (and I did it a couple of times) I gained about 1/8" x 1/8" BPenis EnlargementL x Midshaft girth in about a half a month. So I know that I am perfectly on track for 1/4" gains in a one month period which isn't anything to scoff at but in my head I was already picturing myself as having that 7" penis which I totally shot down and realize that I am at least 4 months away from. On top of that list night I skipped out on the girth routine and did a shitty manual stretching routine, on top of that I am probably going to end up doing the same tonight and tomorrow night as well due to a couple of personal issues that have arisen. But fear not guys, I will get that monster cock if it kills me.

Ok well I'm back. I didn't really leave but I had a bunch of shit pop up all at once and I'm starting to get that Mid-Term Anxiety so I'm a little in panic mode from everything all at once and my Penis Enlargement took a pretty big hit since I haven't done a full workout in about 5 days. Either way I intend to stay on track even if Penis Enlargement gets put on the back burner for a while. Tonight however, I should be able to give myself the full routine. I hope DLD and Lightning get it figured out soon since I believe that it will help exponentially with length gains.

Well the last couple of days have been pretty intense in the manual stretching area. Lately I have been mainly focusing on length hoping to gain 1/2" in length first before I focus on girth. I have been jelqing but not nearly every day. More like every 3rd day. I have thrown in a lot of DLD Bundled Blasters and it feels like I'm really getting somewhere with those. Still waiting for my [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]Power Assist[/words] but once I do it's not IF I get to 7' BPenis EnlargementL, It's WHEN.
 
I think all of the manual stretching is starting to take it's toll so I'm going to cut back on it the next couple of days. I just got done with a good girth routine, Since I plan on measuring the 20th I will do my full routine for the next 5 days straight with no break and then break Friday to heal. Then I will measure Saturday morning. I would like to saay it feels bigger and heavier, I would also like to say that I have observed no visible gains. However I know it is just my head fucking with me just like it does for everybody else. I will simply let the ruler decide and go from there.
 
Well guys, you have no idea how ecstatic I am right now. I just measured again, even though I said I would wait until Friday. I have gained 1/2" BPenis EnlargementL to bring me up to 6.75. The cool part is, I did that in only 25 days. So just under a month. I also gained 1/8 in girth under the glans and at the midshaft. This is cool too but I wasn't really focused on that and i was really focusing on the length. Once I hit 7" BPenis EnlargementL I will then start focusing on girth once more. Thanks a lot for the help guys! I know that none of you really post in here, but I know you read it and that is great encouragement to me.

So here are my stats now

BPenis EnlargementL 6.75 = +1/2"
Girth 6.875 (7/8) = +1/8"

I will post pics in a while. I really wish I could give you some high quality shots but it is literally impossible for me to get a proper measurement and take a good picture at the same time. So, the same old generic phone pics will have to make do.

Well guys I'm back again after a long break. A lot of stuff came up as always and for the time I was happy with the gains I had made to that point so on a break I went. I am happy to say that my length gains have seemed to stay. However, girth has went back down. No worries though. I should be able to build it back up in no time.

I finally got my [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]power assist[/words] in the mail. (Waited almost 8 weeks to get it). So it kinda sat there for a while but now I am learning how to use it better and WOW Stretching should be 100% more effective with this bad boy.
