hello guys

I restart a PE training after some rest period

I will concentrate my training on girth most of the training time (90%) : want to try FRENDOS
So I do clamp sessions and a lot of jelq...............some manual stretches too.........
Not a newbie : new name because of connexion problems due to my old computer

Like others , I clamp with about 30 to 50 % erect max!!........In this area I can feel the expansion of the tissues..I I put more pression manualy like a new clamp for some seconds.....With 100% no feeling at all and risk of injury

I mesure month ago I was near 7.75
need to mesure the girth but I now I have a child girth hahhah
Did you try the frendos?

Did you try the frendos?

Yes I have tried frendos and used rouse them quite often. They are a great exercise if you can keep an erection during the exercise. Check my signature "Streamling Redz Frendos" for the easiest way to do frendos.

I finally get a pipe repair clamp : good sensation of stretch with 2,5 kg..................;I have to find something to attach better........like sharks clips............any ideas?

I continue my training with the snake hanger................love it................Feel a real internal stretch when forward stretches and a good fatigue when regular ones (down)
need to progress on wrapping to make sure most of the stress is inside and not on the skin........
I ordered some tarp clips on internet ... tarp sharl clip looklike

I give a try on castor oil during and after jelquing.........
 
To use Castor Oil during jelqing is not easy because of the thickeness of this oil......It penetrate the skin but I like it......I read here that the molecular size allow this.........

I will have to try it. I really like a thick lube that offers a lot of drag or I will just go dry. Never thought to try castor oil, I will grab some and give it a try. Thanks for the tip French!
