hello guys
I restart a PE training after some rest period
I will concentrate my training on girth most of the training time (90%) : want to try FRENDOS
So I do clamp sessions and a lot of jelq...............some manual stretches too.........
Not a newbie : new name because of connexion problems due to my old computer
Like others , I clamp with about 30 to 50 % erect max!!........In this area I can feel the expansion of the tissues..I I put more pression manualy like a new clamp for some seconds.....With 100% no feeling at all and risk of injury
