Hey everybody,

When I was in the Bib Forum and wanted to get a Starter, the one thing that discouraged me from going the hanging route was something Bigger stated, which in effect was: "You should either work on girth or length. Never both. DO NOT work on girth when using a hanging routine! Either hang for a year or do girth for a year! NEVER BOTH!"

Given that, even with my grip being aided with gloves and TRYING to use a Captain's wench I bought and now can't get in contact for more help with it from the guy I bought it from, I am buying a Bib Starter.

1. What gives with this whole notion of not working on girth AND length?
2. Any advice on using the BIB STARTER AND any of the following: Static Stretcher (HD/MED), [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]Power Assist[/words]. I don't need or even WANT to use more than one thing. I also jelq.

Looking for 2" BPenis EnlargementL increase and 1" ERECT GIRTH increase.

The [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]Power Assist[/words] will be your best bet. Hanging is good but it takes so much dedication and time, I just could not do it. The [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]Power Assist[/words] gives insane intensity and the gains made from hanging can be made in a shorter time using intense stretching techniques. If you do have the time to hang then the Bib is the way to go.

I believe you're right about the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]Power Assist[/words]. I might be kidding myself about the time factor with the hanger. I still want to know why they say you can't train for both girth and length when hanging.

When I use the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]PA[/words], I cannot tell, or rather feel, any difference. I put my free hand underneath my scrotum and feel major pull deep within (don't know the name of that anatomy). And for this entire time (using static stretcher/PA: granted I haven't used them much), I have not felt that deep fatigue everyone talks about. I'm had a "scrunching", painless feel deep when stretching and pops, but nothing more.

Well, my big question is also, how can manual exercise work, when only doing it in a minimal amount of time (30-90 mins) while hanging and extending requires MUCH more effort and time...

How do I put this? I haven't fully commited to the program because of privacy issues, which I THOUGHT were going to end last week (why I posted before stating my gung-ho-ness and all). I do use the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]PA[/words] sporadically and just worry that I am stretching skin too much along with my inner penis is all.

I don't think there's anything to the idea of not working girth and length at the same time. I think the notion comes from a misguided belief that something thinner is easier to stretch. But I never saw any logic to using that analogy with the penis. Besides, any stretching work you do will add some girth anyway as the penis builds to resist the stretching.

I agree with this 100 %!!
 
Bib recommends a focus in the direction of length or girth for the reason that hanging is such an intense exercise. The issue is injury, and there has been at least one person who combined hanging and clamping and severely injured himself.
That said, mild jelqing in between hanging sessions is not going to kill anyone. We want to weaken the tissue so as to deform it, not destroy it.
 
Extremes are probably the cause of 99% of injuries. I think a lot of clampers go too far too fast. I also think a lot of hangers raise the weight too fast. Results take time. Unfortunately many guys don't want to wait. How many times have you a thread that begins: "What's the fastest way to gain?!?!?"

So true. Most guys are very impatient. The best way to gain is to set a small goal, reach it, then set another one. Those small achieved goals will add up before you know it.
 
Here's another way to approach it. This was how I did it, but purely by accident: I never had any increased length or girth goals, simply because that is not why I started P.E. (I started to get my solid woodies back). But because I had no specific goals, I am sure it worked in a positive way for me. Now I do understand that people need goals in order to stay committed. But no goals works great when you are committed to P.E for the long haul no matter what.

Once I got into it, I couldn't get enough of it. It became an obsession for me. So my commitment was to the PROCESS and not the results. I still approach P.E. that way.

And then the gains came---in length, and girth. But they came on their own time frame and not mine. And they came fast and furious when they kicked in--totally unexpected.

"The higher one's expectations, the deeper the disappointment," goes the old saying. Why should this not apply to P.E. as well?

You pick a goal: I want to achieve X. You figure out what the most efficient way is to go about getting there. You set yourself on the journey but then, seemingly paradoxically, you forget how long it's supposed to take and the ACTUAL STEPS are the accomplishment. This comes with losing weight, writing a novel, Penis Enlargement, whatever.
