Been using the
Bathmate in conjunction with jelqing for just over 7 months now. Initially, I did the 30 day routine then gradually combined the two in the same session. Since I started off with decent length (6.5") but below average girth (4.25"), I was mainly after girth. For me, I never seemed to get that plump/fullness I heard about from jelqing. I experimented with different pressure and grips (C-grip seemed to work the best: thanks to Str8chaser2002 for his old post about those). While I gained .25" in girth in the first 3 months, my gains came to a halt for over 4 months.
I took a week off and started back slowly. Then I GRADUALLY started introducing Slow Squash Jelqs into my routine after coming across the DLD
Bathmate Girth Blasters routine via an old members' post on here (Big Jekyl I think). Not confident in diving right in full bore, I split the routine into 2 sessions a day to get accustomed to the volume/conditioning. Here's how I approached it:
Frequency: 3 on/1 off...2 on/1 off (I do this instead of 5 straight days in order to condition myself to the intensity of SSJs)
Morning
Warmup: Hot towel wrap/massage for 10+ minutes/light stretching/
Bathmate for 5-10 min to get blood/expansion going
Session:
SSJ - 2 sets of 5 minutes followed by
cockring for 2 sets of 10 minutes
Cooldown: Hot towel wrap/massage for 5-10 minutes
Evening:
Warmup: Hot towel wrap/massage for 10+ minutes/light stretching
Session:
Bathmate - 2 sets of 8 minutes (Full Pressure) followed by
cockring for 1-2 sets of 10 minutes (EQ dependent)
Cooldown: Hot towel wrap/massage for 5 minutes
*Kegels 6-7 days a week (100 reps for 5 seconds each) - I've done these since starting PE and can attest they improve EQ
What I found was that my expansion after the SSJs far surpassed any expansion I got from traditional jelqs (over 1/4" after each session consistently). While I am in no way a PE expert and am not devaluing the traditional jelq, it seems for me they weren't doing the trick for gaining girth. But SSJs done carefully (it's easy to press down/squeeze too hard and feel a pinch, which isn't good) seemed to bring about way more expansion and it lasted for several hours after. My EQ has improved as well. I plan to continue this routine for another week, then add in another set to the
SSJ session, then eventually combine them into one session, which would more closely mirror the original BM Girth Blasters Routine:
BM: 5 min (Full Erection),
SSJ: 5 min, BM: 5 min (FE),
SSJ: 5 min, BM: 5 minSSJ: 5 min
Anyway, that's what's helped me so far. I've only been doing this routine for just over a week but already notice expansion lasting much longer, longer hang throughout the day, better EQ, and looking more plump every morning when I wake up. It's too early in the routine for measurements to carry much
weight, but it seems to be a consistent 1/8" gain lingering the following day. I'll take a measurement and post here after a month of the routine.
Hope this helps some of you newer guys who saw some gains initially but plateaued. I came into this whole PE thing not knowing anything and you vets on here have been a big help. Hope I can pay that knowledge forward. Goodluck.
