Without the pump attached to cylinder fill the cylinder with water and keep it under water. Then with the pump unattached put it under water and squeeze the pump several times to fill and "seal" the pump and vacuum line with water. Now while your erect penis is under water slip the full of water cylinder (pump not attached yet) over your penis and push it down onto your fat pad to create a suction holding the cylinder in place and still full of water. Now while still under water attach the water filled pump to the cylinder and squeeze the pump completely under water until max vacuum pressure has been obtained. You will notice the pump ball now stays squeezed shut, and won't allow any more air or water into it.
Caution: this will give as much if not more pressure to your Extreme pum as the wine vac mod does to the other non Extreme or [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]Penomet[/words] pumps. It can cause discoloration or bruising if done for longer periods of time. With this high pressure I recommend 3 min sets max to avoid discoloration with jelquing between sets.

Excellent tip, this can also be done with the regular [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]X30[/words] and [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]X40[/words] to avoid bubbles in the cylinder. Thanks for the contribution Thickforsure.

I agree Barnstool. I don't know why they haven't published that info. But it maybe that they think it could produce too much vacuum that way? I don't know but it took me a while of using my Extreme to figure it out. I even use it that way in the shower. I fill the cylinder with water then put the unattached vac line down into the cylinder of water and pump it several times to get it full of water too, then put the cylinder on my penis, then attach the pump which is filled with water already, then start pumping. I have a [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]shower strap[/words] but never have to use it cause there is so much vac pressure holding the cylinder on this way.

That is probably the reason, they don't want guys getting hurt with too much vacuum.

guys can get hurt just using it the way most guys do. i think it would be good to provide this info themselves and start of the instruction with a message of caution. i found using my [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]hercules[/words] fully submerged underwater created way better suction. all this meant was i had to use less force and energy to get to my desired amount of suction. if i were to just go all out and well exceed my previous suction and get hurt it's my fault. natural selection at its finest lol. i was using my [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]BM[/words] before i ever fully submerged it and put it on. mainly b/c i dont take baths often but had i known i would have done it sooner. and probably used it more often.

Hey DLD my tip I posted is specifically for the Extreme models because of the additional vacuum pressure you can get by pre filling the hand vacuum pump with water and the cylinder before attaching the pump or inserting the penis. If someone uses the Extreme with air in the pump then puts it on the cylinder and pumps they will not get the same max vac pressure as it gets with the pump and cylinder both first filled with water and thus getting all the air out of the system..
Sorry I know you posted that question for youknowme's quote but I just wanted to clear up my tip post.

That is what I was thinking, I read that somewhere else on the forums that it was the best way to get rid of bubbles and wasted space.
 
Thanks. The issue of air is why I mostly use my [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]BM[/words] in the tub. Personally, I can't routinely take the max pressure of the extreme where the bulb is collapsed.
 
Yes youknowme for sure the best way is to keep everything completely underwater and filled with water with no air. The thing to be careful of is not letting the hand pump up out of the water at all when pumping cause this can let air in.
I think the natural thought of users is to lie back in the tub and pump the hand pump up out of the water because the natural direction of the cylinder when lying back is up from your pelvis and out of the water which makes you have to pump the hand pump out of the water.
Also the important thing to do is when you pump up completely underwater, remove the hand pump tube from the cylinder then lay back and you can have the cylinder pointing up and out of the water without letting air back into it. If you do this with the tube still attached air will let itself back in the cylinder slowly.

This tip is especially useful in the shower where completely submerging everything is not possible. putting the tube end down into the cylinder which is full of water and pre pumping the hand pump full of water before putting it on will give the max vac pressure.

Growtime I don't know how long you have been doing PE for but you may find like I did and a lot of others that over time your penis will become more adapt to higher pressures and more extreme PE work. My penis over time has been able to take much more PE work at more intense levels. I personally believe that if you don't push your penis to expand or stretch further than "comfortable" that you won't reach gains near as fast as other PE'rs that are doing their exercises that way. Of course you have to still be safe and don't go to far but over time you will see what your penis can actually take in way of more intense PE work. I also feel that my penis benefits from a couple days off here and there from PE work.
