Manually stretching downward focuses on the ligs and hanging downward also focuses on the ligs but with added base girth. The ligs can only be stretched so far so my question is why would anyone manually stretch when they can hang. Wouldn't they be missing out on base girth? I understand manual stretching is for beginners but wouldn't you want to move on the hanging ASAP to not miss out on base girth gains?
 
What I mean is why manual stretch downward and gain an inch instead of hanging and gaining a inch in length plus added base girth . That's base girth you won't be able to get back from stretching.

I don't think it matters both add base girth I'm sure i heard Goinfor11x7 or doublelongdaddy say that they have added base girth though manual stretches.
 
Shit, yes!! All I've been doing as of late is stretching and my base girth keeps expanding. I just wish I, along with G.S. and a few others, could loosen that fuckin' steel cable running through my dick so I could get a little more length.

Oh, well!!

You have got to do upward stretches with a fulcrum I'm using the bib hanger with the rice sock technique it really loosen mine up i feel great fatigue from this type of technique http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?t=21406
This kinda technique is the best thing i have come across in a while this combined with anything else after makes what ever i choose to do after that much more effective.

I can't wait until i get the Pandora Assist to see where that will take me combine with the above kinda technique and other things:D


Buy a [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]power assist[/words] or use a Manuel exercise that mimics this technique because i know you don't like hangers.

The position of your butt on the chair seat matters greatly. Another great thing: While in the above position, with your butt toward the edge of the chair, and the hanger sticking out, and the weights hanging straight down; you can turn the hanger to either side, a very slight twist, to further stress the sides of the septum in a dedicated fashion. The force of the weight pulling the skids into the hard plastic will keep the hanger in place, with this small turn.

Or you can scoot back in the chair, sitting up straight, with the hanger pointed down, and have a greater bend in the shaft, but a bit less double fulcrum action. Either way, it is a great stretch.

Thanks Pandora. I appreciate your advice. I have done little stretching upward. Since I'm not into hangars and other devices, how would you do this exercise manually? Two fulcrums? I've only used my hands and wrists, and, of course, my legs as fulcrums.

11x7....I have been doing some really, really intense hanging this past week and just tonight feel I have some loosening of the septum. It is in the outer shaft and feels like some giving. Can't really explain it. I have been hanging with just 10# and doing sets of 2 and 3 of 15-20 minutes each, three times a day. Using the BIB hanger. I am going to keep this up all week and see what happens. GS

Maybe have a word with motlissof i know doublelongdaddy came up with a way to make a homemade [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]power assist[/words] for him i think anyway or try making your own hanger to see how you feel about hanging but i don't know how to do the double fulcrum manually i think the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]power assist[/words] comes close to this all tho I'm not sure.
