Guys right now I am currently only hanging and helping I am doing 2 to 3 15 pound sets a day
hey guys thought I would drop in and let everyone know, I have been busy with work, currently getting ready to start hitting it with the bathmate,.
looking good took me a min to figure my way around things, no I been working 10 hours a day at brigs and Stratton, and now that I am coming off the 10 hour shifts I hope to at least start back pumping.
