You said you gained 1/4 inch in length from hanging. How many 20 minutes set do you hang per day? How many months did it take you to gain 1/4 inch in length? I will appreciate your answers to my questions because I want to start hanging very soon.

I hung for about 5 months. I would so 4-5 sets of 20 minutes daily. I started with a very low weight as I did not know how to wrap properly. I think in the beginning I was using 20 pounds but the pinching was so bad I had to stop and get advice. Stillwantmore came to my rescue and taught me how to wrap properly. After mastering wrapping I eventually made my way to 70 pounds. It was a progressive journey to 70, maybe 10 pounds a week. So after all 5 months I walked away with 1/4th.

That is a great substitute to hanging, so you will do just fine. I really believe that the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]LengthMaster[/words] used as you are using borings gains the fastest.

I just got done hanging a 20 min set , and I did not hardly feel it.

warm up 5 min
10 min set @7 1/2 pounds
10 min set @ 10 pounds
warm down 5 min

warm up 5 min
10 min set @ 10 pounds
10 min set @ 10 pounds
warm down 5 min

10 min set @ 10 pounds
10 min set @ 10 pounds

If you are not feeling it, turn up the weight! Jump to 15-20 pounds if able. The heavier the hang the greater the gain.
 
I am going to wait and see, today is the first day back after a week off.

I tried using my PF to hang with and when 10# was put on, it started to slip. On the other hand, you get a steady pull for however many hours you choose to wear it. If you were to do both, I would like to think that the gains would be impressive

i just realized u can also swing weights with a hanger. there may be some hidden gains from that? i guess having both is best
