Being this thread is a little bit old I'll post a new thread f no one adds anything after several days. Just wanted to let everyone know b/f posting,....not advocating this, but this is what works for me, mostly b/c I know my bladder quite well rofl I've recently started with ANC myself. I use a plastic releasable tie
strap with a torn off piece of an old sweatshirt, so the tie doens't dig into the skin too bad...........tried both ways, w/o you can get quite sore depending on how many noctural errctions you have, and how tight the tie is on.
I actually have the tie on somewhat snug, but not too tight to prevent any mild erretions, or to cut off circulation. I avoid problems getting up in the middle of the night to drink a protein shake, and "check on things", which means about 3.5 hours after I went to sleep,....which for me works out perfect, long enough to get the desired effect, but too long to where problems would occur.......for me anyhow.
In order to do this I drink a good amount,( 16-20 ounces ), of water about a half hour before bed. I know my body well enough, to realize that my bladder will need to be emptied in about 3.5 hours, so when I get up I drink my protein shake, do some quick jelq's to get the circulation back, and then decide from there if I want to go for the rest of the night.......another 3.5 hours. Not the best thing for REM sleep, but I've been doing this for the protein shake routine anyway, so I figured I'd give it a go.
What I'm experimenting with now is what kind of pills to take to ensure I get as many notural errections as possible. I'm not really down for viagra or anything that would hold a very long sustained errection,......which IMO is way too risky,......however several errections,...(like when you were going through puberty), throughout the course of the night, on a very consistant basis is what I'm trying for. The pill needs to be a sure thing though, unless you really want to go nuts and film your self everynight you sleep while taking different pills,....for analysis,......a little much for me though.
Any suggestions for pills or other methods?
