Thought I'd show how I personally do this. Had a few requests that I do this. Here's a first pic showing the gear. A piece of a dress sock about 8" long and the clamp. Thats it! No lube needed.
 
Here I am almost fully erect with the sock on like it should be...close to the base. You can wrap with whatever suits you...I prefer this sock because it provides protection from the clamp, adds girth to my erection and that in turn provides more compression pressure. I'd suggest trying several types of wrapping materials to see what works best for you. I probably could have used 3 feet of cloth but I like to keep it simple.
 
Ok here we are now with the clamp on and as you can see, my glans is starting to fill up some. The clamp is clicked down a few notches and that little bit of pressure increase pushes the blood forward. The key to this whole thing is to find a wrap and clamp tightness setting that will allow the outflow of blood to be slowed way down but at the same time allow NEW blood to come in.
 
IN this pic, the clamp is clicked down more to the last couple notches. Glans is really full now and as is, I already feel a pressure increase throughout my penis.
 
A basic 'bend' to the side. I grab with an overhand grip around the glans with the pressure in that gripping hand being focused mainly on the sides and just behind the glans. What is not being shown in the rest of these pics...because I dont have a third hand, is that I take my other free hand before doing any squeeze or bend, and press the clamp back against my pubic bone. This will prevent any smaller gap at the base.
 
Squeezing at the base with an entire hand to focus the expansion on the front of the shaft and glans. Notice how the glans is expanded past the 'bumpy' stage and nice and shiny..this is a sign of a good expansion in the glans.
 
This next pic shows an over hand grip using an entire gripping hand to squeeze the front of the shaft. This will help expand the base for you guys wanting more of a "road cone" shape, or a really fat base. Again, you should be using the other hand to push the clamp down against the pubic bone.
 
Last pic. This one shows how I like to do most of my bends. Downward and as you can see with this grip that I use, the glans gets expanded as well as the shaft. I feel a very nice expansion in the shaft with this one. I'm bending my penis against the fingers of my hand to increase the pressure.
 
Great pix SWM!

I do the downward bend in the same way, some times even with gripping hard to flatten out the chambers to create additional lateral pressure.

I'll have to see if those clamps are available down here in Australia. I guess they would be.

Yes, it's fine. Blue? LOL, uh no. The inflow of blood is still there...the outflow of blood is what is slowed down.

Dont worry chimp, I am gathering ya new? well his penis looked abit blue I must admit BUT on close inspection it was the light and contrast.
Also the penis is UNIQUE to other parts of the body like arms and legs etc etc as they will die after around 20 minutes if circulation is 100% cut-off.
That girl must have had it cut off, fell asleep and removed it and a clot formed than moved and gotten into her heart or even lung and killed her.
It cant really happen to the penis as its a separate piece of tissue build up and design.
 
Hey SWM. Great pics and so forth. They demonstrate the usefullness of these great clamps for those who haven't gottten them yet.

I hope you won't mind if I cut and paste the following caveat that I also posted at Th*nd3rs: I think the newbies and less advanced guys (I've been at this 8 months, you've been at this.... years) need a heads up on this clamped-off bending craziness:

Two days ago I used my cable clamp for a routine very similar to the one described by SWM. (I did use an [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?44-Ace-Strapped-Jims-Joint]ACE bandage[/words] for wrappng rather than a sock though). 3 sets of 10 minutes each with 3 minutes in between sets. I had been doing these uli's for about 5 weeks with the cable clamp and using a basic horse squeeze while clamped off, but this time I decided to throw in some bending too.

While clamped, I did a basic squeeze with one free hand just under the glans, then also gripped with the other free hand just above the clamp. With both hands thus gripping the penis, I did *very* slight, careful bending, in all directions: back, forward, and to either side.

Now, let me just say that these clamps are a terrific help with girth work. The expansion I got by the end of the workout was terrific. But when I was done, it was obvious that I had overdone it. My entire shaft from where I had clamped to the head with covered with tiny red spots.

Now, many of you have had red spots, but this was, like, hundreds of them. All over the place. Not just in patches: my whole dick was one big patch of red spots. I mean my dick was two-toned, guys. It looked diseased. I've had discoloration after a workout, but never anything this severe.

And boy was I sore.

I consider myself lucky that I didn't injure myself. My dick looked and felt worse than it EVER had after a Penis Enlargement session. I was actually a bit scared at what I had done to myself... how it looked and felt.

But common sense got the better part of my Penis Enlargement addiction and I've taken the last two days off completely. I can tell you that I will NOT be doing that again to myself. Basic Uli's with a basic squeeze under the head are intense enough for me. I'll leave the bending to the more adventurous/advanced guys.

Oh, and after 48 hours of Penis Enlargement abstinence, the soreness is mostly gone and my dick has mostly returned to its normal color. I'll probably be doing clamped girth work again tomorrow..... but no bending.

I can't do a routine that requires three days off after each session to recover.

Agree! It's a question of conditioning. I can do clamp workouts for 5days in a row with 3-5sets x 15-25min. and have a light healthy soreness only and better pump day by day.
But that's just me and absolutely nothing for newbies!

Hey where do we get these cable clamps?
I've got stubborn girth myself, almost 6 months of Penis Enlargement and I fluctuate between 4.85 and 5.15 I started at 4.75

May I ask for how long you intend to wear this Cable clamp at a time ?

I make the same exercises with my new and improved Power Jelq, but do not keep the pressure on the base of my penis for more than 1-2 minutes at a time - then repeat it.

I do feel that my Power Jelq does a pretty good girth expanding job, but if this clamp is better at it I might go for it.

Just wondering, but how erect do you enter the clamp? In the pics it looks like you're fully erect but for me i have to be a spongy-erect (not sure if you know what i mean) to get good expansion. My gains have slowed lately and i am trying to find if i'm doin anything wrong.
 
I am soft when I wrap with the sock and put the clamp on. Clamp is only snapped a few clicks down. There's a little pressure on the penis that way, and it's easier for me. I then stimulate to a partial erection and snap down another couple clicks. I continue that pattern until I'm where I want to be with level of erection and clamp tightness.
 
Still, you might want to look into getting one of those Camco RV multiclamps. I was skeptical at first as to whether or not they would actually work better then the cable clamps, but after breaking down and buying one I've been blown away by how much better they really are...

And hell, they only cost like $3, so it wouldn't set you back any to go pick one up at Wally World and give it a try to see which type of clamp you like better.
 
I'm gonna have to give this a try, thanks for posting this, I just read your entire guide version 4 pdf and I'm driving to walmart right after this to find some clamps.

Just bought a medium and large clamp from walmart and these are great. Looks like they changed the model a bit with a different handle, but overall I think the design is about the same. Definitely beats using a shoelace.

Just saw your post. I can see how those would work better simply on the functioning side of things. The adjustments look like they're finer vs the cable clamps so you'd have better control of the clamping force. I'll have to pick one of these up and give it a shot.
 
So I've been doing this for the past couple of days and I notice after the clamping session that the area where I'm clamped (at the base) is smaller in girth vs the rest of my shaft. I understand why that is, but if I'm trying to gain girth, how can I prevent that small section from staying the same size while the rest is growing?

Actually, over time that smaller area grows as well. I've never understood it, or come up with a good explanation for it. Other long term clampers will say the same. No need for worry.
