I do the same and can report myself that this is by far the way I have jelqed!
And I don't see how kegeling would reduce fatpad... maybe it would, but only of all the kegeling raises you activity level tremendously, which would make you need more calories to maintain your current
weight and if you consume less than that maintenance amout- yea, you will start losing the fatpad. But I REALLY DOUBT kegeling would do it... maybe resistance training or cardio would do it! rofl!
