yes you want to feel blood being pushed up. you should also see the penis filling with blood each time. i kegel after every jelq before the next jelq to push more blood in and not let much blood out so i get more expansion. are you flaccid? erect? semi erect?

i dont kegel much anymore. to much effort. i use PE tools

as long as you are getting expansion that is all that matter. when you are pulling everything back (i am assuming everything is skin AND fat) it appears to be preventing you from being able to push blood into the penis to increase expansion. are you jelqing flaccid? erect? semi-erect?

I do the same and can report myself that this is by far the way I have jelqed!

And I don't see how kegeling would reduce fatpad... maybe it would, but only of all the kegeling raises you activity level tremendously, which would make you need more calories to maintain your current weight and if you consume less than that maintenance amout- yea, you will start losing the fatpad. But I REALLY DOUBT kegeling would do it... maybe resistance training or cardio would do it! rofl!

I may be too early to say this as a fact but expressive stretching seems to have reduced my fat pad a bit and brought more base girth. I know that diet and exercise are the fastest ways to reduce it but somehow it seems to be translating in my case before I have lost the weight.
 
how are you suppose to feel the blood pushing up?
I've never felt it i dont think or idk how its suppose to feel
So im beginning to think im doing it incorrectly.

And is there a way your penis is suppose to feel after the sessions? soreness or stay erect?
Mine goes right back to normal flaccid and feels normal.

You should be feeling blood travel from the base to the tip of the penis, as it comes up the shaft the intensity becomes stronger at the top. After a session you should feel a good, expanded flaccid penis. In general the penis will not remain erect after jelqing, more fatigued and worn out. A good jelqing session should also cause some temporary expansion. Have you watched a video on how to perform the jelq?
