Just recognize you can't be doing all night sessions with it. (Unless your are smaller in girth - there's just too much risk of blood flow constriction)

You CAN get a pretty high tension on it though.

I'm probably going to do PF at night with 1-3 hours of VacExtender during the day.

Yeah - I have a VacExtender.

It's ok.

The compression / vacuum ring is on your penis reasonably tight. Over time, it and the sleeve will stretch a bit - and on my large girth, I could potentially wear it, if the glans cap is on just right... For 6+ hours on occasion.

When new however - and you do have to replace them every few hundred hours (that's what my first set lasted)... But when new, these two silicon pieces can be fairly tight on those of us with a larger girth... And you might only get a couple hours out of each session.

In the end, once I buy a PF, I'll assess whether I can wear it at night. From the design differences, I can see how if I could make it 6 hours with a loosened VacExtender (that is still substantially tighter than the PF)... That the PF really could go very long periods with no problem.
