I think i must have one of the most stubborn dicks in all history of Penis Enlargement , this is a little bout me and my journey. rofl

Started Pe properly with a program and all on 08/11/04 , did my program every day 5 days a week and gained 1/2 inch in 2 months now that was great. After that 2 months everything went down hill measured after every month to see if i gained noticed i hadn't so i changed my program and so on and so on. Didn't gain anything after 4 months so bought a bib hanger. Started hanging and built myself up to 20 lbs , hanged for up to 2 hours a day 6 days a week BTC , didn't gain then OTS , didn't gain then i tryed So didn't gain. Then i bought an Auto [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] and started using that 2 hours a day after i stretched or hung. Still didn't gain anything so i decided to put my hanger in my draw and haven't touched it since.

As of 2-3 months i have tryed DLD's newbie program did this everyday ( without the jelqs and added more stretching ) but had a day off every now and then and still didn't gain. Ive just put so much effort into Pe and got nothing more out of it and I'm really disappointed , but you guys around here keep me here and keep me going ... trying new things and giving me a reason to keep stretching that little fooker ! Big ups ! My current stats are Nbp 6.7 x 5.7 - Nbpfsl 7.2 , got enough girth so I'm not playing with that at the mo just wanna focus all my energy on length.

Ive now got to the stage where I'm getting a membership to [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]Mos[/words] and see where that takes me , so thats where I'm at now :)
I just wanna know that I'm not the only hard gainer out there and that there are ways around this , this plateau is a bitch ! >:(

There's something keeping you from gaining. The key to beating your plateau is discovering what that something is. Is it psychological? I know I seemed to hit a plateau with the FR until I realized I was having problems visualizing my body being different. After that, I began to look at photos of intact penises and working on visualizing my penis like that, and got used to the idea, and I began to make progress again. Are you having problems visualizing yourself any bigger? Is the plateau in your mind rather than your body? Your brain saying, That's it. It can't get any bigger! Try visualization and positive thinking. Get your brain used to the thought of your penis being larger. Don't think it, KNOW it.
 
Just keep switching up your workouts man...gatta shock that penis. Trust me, if DLD could do it, plus hundreds of others on this site, you can. You just gatta keep going. Everyone says Penis Enlargement is a slow process...so just bear with it man! :)
If you want my routine PM me and Ill send you it and explain it...its pretty good. Im waiting to measure in maybe another month or so.
 
Haven't hit a plateu yet, but the way I see it is like when Mike Tyson was undefeatable. THe other boxers started saying, "He's just a man, someone will kick his ass." Then , after Buster Douglas' fluke, he started to go down like a little girl. I think plateu in Penis Enlargement is the same. Your penis is like anybody elses, it'll grow. It seems undefeatable but one day you'll beat it. The little head is fuckin' tough but the big head can beat it, especially if it's for it's own good.
 
Thanks for all your reply's , Kong i use visualization a lot with my work outs and post work outs its one of the best motivational tools there is in my opinion. Im gonna keep tugging away some time that fooker gotta give a lil :)
 
I've also seen no gains in 3 month. Guess I have also hit a f*** plateau. Stuck at 6.7" BPenis EnlargementL but freaking determined to become 8". So, I'll just stick to doing Penis Enlargement, and it will work out over time (hopefully).

Heads up, shy guy, you're not the only one stuck. I guess the true big gainers here in the forum are those that have overcome those frustrating months and have just continued with Penis Enlargement.

But the 10.75 vs the 6 is a very gratifying dick to behold even if it did come about 35 years later than I would have preferred (no one in 60's would have ever suggested stretching the living shit out of your dick, so there was nothing available then). You keep it up -- secret is of course making those microscopic little tears in dick ligaments that are tough as steel and so it takes a lot of effort. Have you tried the footlong stretches -- God are they terrific -- like a leg press but pushing against hand holding end of dick. I must give close to 100 lb presses and yet only get mild soreness now after a month of these. I can get extra half inch in stretched dick after these (typically 12.5 after regular routine and 13 with these) which I know with time indicates that sometime in year of so I will top 12 inches right along with DLD. Don't give up guy -- just keep "tearing" those tough bastard ligaments and let those tears fill in with new tissue and slowly like a glacier moving undetected to anyone, give you the huge dick you are entitled to. Cheers guys , im gonna get on Dlds phases as soon as i get my password sent to me. Ive always been consistant with my program but maybe im hitting the wrong exercises or not not putting enough intensity into it , no worries ill keep tugging ill make it. Might add some more footlongs into my program see how it goes. Will keep you all posted , who knows in a month you might see me with a thread saying how i gained :)

You guys are truly inspiring. You have to know that for new guys this venture is one based on faith in the unknown and hope. When you first read these accomplishments from guys like you, you read it w/skeptisism. Pictures could be doctored and on most sites they're from guys that are naturally hung. Then you say, wait a minute, why not? Why couldn't this work? Then you read just how much work goes into the process by reading 5,000 posts and you begin to say to yourself, "I can do it too".

The one thing I've noticed as I hang is the amount of thickness and strength of the ligs running down my cock. Not all of the thin ones but that big bastard in the middle while I'm actually hanging. The only way you change the structure of that one is by regularly stressing the living crap of it. It's gonna resist change at all costs and then adapt quickly when you do get that micro-victory.

I can't help but think about how hard a rock is and how soft water is yet over time the water wears down the rock and actually re-forms it.
 
It reallys sucks that you've seen so little in such a long time, but you're the man for sticking with it. Many others would have given up by now.

My suggestion is read routines dig really deep into the forum. There has to be some things here you haven't tried yet.
 
Yea bud thats what im doing , im also putting that extra stretch and intensity into my work out. I Normally work out for an hour then use my auto [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] for another 2 - 3 hours after :) It sux because im very good with training at the gym and see huge results 73 kg 4 % body fat for a 19 year old isnt to bad but then i put my whole into Pe and stoped gaining all of a sudden... ahh well ill get over it you watch , all i need is people like you guys pushing me along :) If i gain in the next 2 months a nice donation is going to [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]Mos[/words] ! I've gone back and read a bunch of your past posts and have a couple of questions that I think others can benefit from.

You've said you stretched every day for the last 5 years basically until your hands got tired and your cock was stressed out. Here's the questions:

1. How long would an average stretching session last?

2. How many sessions in a day would you perform?

3. Did you stay continuously sore (rotating from one weak area to the next as the ligs adapted) over the 5 year period?


(My thoughts on micro tears from stretching will never be the same since I've read the thoughts of Bib and Tom. These two guys have written some things on the subject that are just mind boggling when you sit back and reflect on just how strong the ligs are and how growth really occurs.)

Yes i have been doing those Footlong stretches for the past couple of weeks in my routine and they have a really nice pull on them.

I currently do 60 min of these exercises and recetly became a member so ive checked 100 % that im doing my exercises right !

Bundeld tunica stretchs
Footlongs
Dld blasters
V Stretches

After that i wear my Auto - [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]Extender[/words] for a few hours some times more , gunna see how this goes then try Phase 3 and see if i gain...
