currently my girth routine is 5 x 12 minute clamping sets with 4 min jelq/ recovery inbetween.

After two days however, on the third day I am all but beat up down there. If I rest the third day and come back I can repeat the process of 2 on and 1 off ok with good expansion. Does this seem reasonable? My max girth in the clamp is slowly going up and I would train everyday if I thought it would create more gains.

*I do all kinds of squeezes and bends to increase expansion. By the end of my workout my chambers are sore.

Final quesion - I have pumped for 6 months as well. With all the hanging and clamping I am doing I am wondering how i should (and if) i should keep this up as well during this intense training. If so how often would you recommend? My main goal would be just to maintain what I am able to pump to and keep myself conditioned to it...

I do 40 minute sets of clamping , 10 minutes does nothing for me , and i used to jelq after i clamped but now i dont and im getting thincker .... as far as working out every day i take sunday off and thats it
 
thanks. I actually get better expansion in 3 x 13 minutes than in one 40 minute set for now. I clamp with 2-3 clamps with very high pressures though which maybe has something to do with why i start losing sensitivity at 25 minutes or so. i can extend the workout longer this way for now.
 
I don't know much about pumping but I have been clamping for a while and since starting up Penis Enlargement again I have gained a solid 1/4 of an inch in girth from just clamping (some stretching too). That is the biggest gain I have gotten since I stopped Penis Enlargement a few months ago. Rest is very important and going on a big break might be what caused my girth to explode. Resting for a day like you suggest would be a good idea, and even resting for longer than that wouldn't hurt.

You seem to be on the right track with clamping. If you try to push past your previous maximum clamped girth just by at least 1/8th of an inch everytime (or every couple of times) you will see change. I don't do sets, or time anything anymore, I just go by measurements during my clamping. For example, I measure my starting girth in the clamp (while un-clamped) then clamp the clamp (lol syntax?) I pretty much know that in a few with some bends and wall humps my girth will get to at least 6 inches maximum in time (thats almost an inch in expansion!). To make sure I'm working intensely, I push to get at least 1/4 over that amount. After I hit that I go for at least 1/8th more. It sounds tough and it is. This is how I clamp and and how I have been gaining girth.

I then warm down with some wet or dry jelqs (I don't really jelq while I'm clamping because the clamp will bring the expansion good enough, unless there is mega fluid buildup) and call it a day. What ever you do, just train with some intensity and goal.
 
Because time off can bring even better results later, my guess is two days on, one off, is pretty optimal for those who do intense workouts. Or atleast a good starting point.

Ill tell you right now from your 1st sentence thats WAY too much for girthwork. I'm an advocate for heavy duty routines but you can lighten up on the girthwork fam.

yea you are probably right. my penis is not responding normally from all the work. hopefully it will return to its normal function soon!
 
Sometimes I'll feel like doing 2 x 5 of clamping. It works the penis out nicely for the day. Just learn to feel your body and respond. I used to do 2 x 45 minute sets back in the day. With pumping, I could get a "not-nasty" 7" fluid girth after a workout, all nice and even. I also discolored my cock pretty badly from doing that.

If you're getting really good erections, you're doing something right.
