ADS substitute for manual stretching?

I just created a simple [words=http://www.phallosan.com/shop/catalog/default.php?z=eNortjIxtVKyL0pNszWxMFcrSSxKTy2JL0hMT7U1UisoykyxtbBQSy4tLsnPjS8uKcrMS7dVsgZcMMpbEbo%2C]ADS[/words] which pulls the penis down and it attaches to a belt wrapped around my knee. I was wondering if I could wear that for about 6 hours a day (until summer, then I'll wear it all day; I am just nervous about wearing it too school) instead of manual stretching. So my routine will be wearing my [words=http://www.phallosan.com/shop/catalog/default.php?z=eNortjIxtVKyL0pNszWxMFcrSSxKTy2JL0hMT7U1UisoykyxtbBQSy4tLsnPjS8uKcrMS7dVsgZcMMpbEbo%2C]ADS[/words] as long as possible and jelq before bed, with some kegels. Does that sound reasonable or no?

make sure you getting good circulation. I don't think it should be your bread and butter for stretching cuz it ain't intense enough of a stretch. Throw in basic stretches with that shit b.

Alright I'll wear this and take it off every now in then for circulation and stretch in all directions for 30 secs each, I'd say thats a decent workout.

You may want to include at least ten minutes of intense stretching at the beginning of the day to pre-exhaust the tissues. Wear the device longer than 6 hours if possible.

I changed my mind, the device really was not stretching for me. I am instead doing manual stretches in each direction 2 set of 30 secs each, then sock stretchs in each direction 2 sets of 30 secs each. Also rotary stretches for both manual and sock stretches. Then I do 600 2 sec jelqs and jelq rolls. Finally I kegel. The jelq rolls I can really feel! What do you guys think of that routine.

Oh i also wrap my unit in an [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?44-Ace-Strapped-Jims-Joint]ace bandage[/words] wrap for nearly all of the day because it prevents me from turtling.
