I have been working girth harder and more consistently than i ever have before, and i have nothing to show for it.
It's funny though, you would think that someone who gets an inch plus every session would be making atleast some gains, but no. I've even been using the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]BM[/words] [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]xtreme[/words] [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]x30[/words] religiously doing 553's , but nothing.
.......SOOOO, i finally came out of the madness, after being really pissed for about a week, and started to think, i thought about waaaaaayyy back 6 1/2 years ago, when i first started pe.
Why do you ask? because when i first started pe way back then, i gained 1/2 inch in a modest amount of time. And the truth is i wasn't even that hardcore, i didnt use anywhere near the intensity i use now, but still i gained. so i thought oh, maybe i have to go lighter, or maybe i should just clamp and do light squeezes, so i tried, and hinestly didn't even get close to the expansion i get now.
So i knew that wasn't it, finally i was like there's got to be something else, and it hit me, back them besides the actual exercises or clamping, i used to basically stay engorged all day long, because i had read an article by REDZULU about how when he first started he would get swole, then tie a shoe lace around it and stay swole all day long.
I haven't started yet but i'm pretty sure this is my missing link, everyone is different of course, but this is the only difference between when i made gains and when i didn't, i believe girth gains are made in two parts, expansion and the holding period like DLD as RED always said, i just never thought it was that necessary until now.
The old ADC as it were, but without the clamp.
