Are used to have so much issues with this but I started to use DBT which is a therapeutic way to deal with depression and anxiety. Basically when you let yourself dwell in the past you will feel depression and if you let yourself go into the future too much you’ll feel anxiety. It is best to keep yourself in the moment, the very presence, this is where all of your energy is and in the moment there is nothing going wrong.
