My readings said 10 hours a week, if I could hang 10 hours a day that'd be nuts! Lol. I am averaging 4 hours of extending per day as well

Starting handing day 2 of week 2 and everything just feels like it's going well. Have been dabbling in PE for a couple years, but have never dedicated to any sort of routine. From the soreness each day, and the obvious lower hanging, I cannot wait to see where this initial 90 days (and definitely longer) will take me. Appreciate all the feedback and tips so far! Keep it coming!

Sounds like you found your groove! Keep consistent and you will grow like mad!

Hanging is very powerful, I am sure you will surprised by your results. Keep at it!

I have been hanging for a little while now (took about 5 days off due to an injury but now I'm back) and let me tell you that hanging is a very powerful length method. I much rather prefer it over manual stretching. The one thing is though you have to be careful when hanging, don't jump up in the weights too quickly, thats how i injured myself.

I am being cautious with weights. I know there's a heavy weight (see what I did there) on feeling how your body is reacting, and not overdoing it. I am sticking to my routine weight wise so far, just have decided I want to add a set ahead of the recommended. Last night was the first night I would consider an "off" night. Only managed 3 sets of 20 min. Other than the fatigue, no issues from here.

Like I have been suggesting more and more lately, as money allows, invest a little more into your hanging. I suggest a set of "incremental" weight plates. Search amazon.com and you'll find several examples at slightly different price points. The average is around $30 USD. They all work the same. The best part is, they allow you to increase/adjust your weight levels in 1/4lb, 1/2lb, 3/4lb, and 1lb increments. The sets usually come with two plates of each weight level.

So crazy you posted this, in my cart right. Is on amazon I have the 8 plate incrimental set ready to rock. Moving into week 3 I need to pull the trigger as I'm ready to move up. Thank you amazon prime!

Finished last night with a solid 5 sets. Haven't had any other off days except the one I mentioned where I only hit a couple sets. Things are goIng smooth!

Anyone have a recommendation on when/ how many hours to start on angles? All the research I've been on says to not do so too quickly, could actually hurt gains by not maximizing BTC first, etc.

Still on for my 5 sets, Tuesday was a 3 set night, ole lady was begging for it, so I cut the routine short. Figure that was a decent enough reason to not finish last two sets! :)

So I want to add an additional pound on this weeks routine, I have lost that real feel of fatigue. Only downside I see is not being able to keep to 20 min sets. Still worth the increase or keep it steady?

It really will not be that big of a deal to 'sacrifice' a little time on some sets, if you do by adding the small amount of weight. Keeping the stretch/fatigue going is more important than going through the motions. As far as when to add angles, that's up to you. Work into it slowly.

Thanks man. Went ahead and started the additional weight last night, still managed 4X20 so I guess I could handle the full set time. Today though I really feel that fatigue feeling, the soreness I felt during week 1 and early week 2. Crazy to think that this weekend is the 30 day mark already. Pretty stoked to re measure and keep pushing forward

So quickly approaching the 30 day mark, and I will be remeasuring and submitting pics on Saturday night. DLD-might need to email them to you again (sorry). Throughout the first 30 days, only 3 "off" days, where I still managed at least on 29 min set. Might be increasing more weight to keep pace with the fatigue, see how it feels. Still doing the nightly wraps, and manual stretching accompanied with an average of 5 hrs/day in the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words]. Hope for some returns in this first 30 days. Driving on!

Never a problem, send them to me and I will upload them. I can't wait to see results.

Sorry I've kind of been off grid, ole Uncle Sam sent me out in the middle of nowhere and staying in an open bay with 60 other dudes definitely puts a damper on PE routine! Still able to wear extended, but won't be able to get pictures updated until I return home! Standby!
