I was probably measuring incorrectly on the first day. I doubt I gained anything after 2 sessions, let alone .25 in length.

Somewhere in here I did a set of 300 jelques. I got some small blood blister looking bruises on the head of my dick. The went away in 2 days. I also started trying to do a ton of kegel exercises. I can't hold a kegel for more than a second or so, so I need a lot of work here. I did well for a few days, doing probably 200-300 per day, but fell off the wagon when my girl spent the weekend with me. I still try do them, but need to do more.

I need to be much more consistent with my workouts. I can feel the potential for gains, my ligaments feel stretched, my penis looks more vascular, etc... I've been thinking about my goals, and if I can add 1 inch in length and .75 in girth, I'll be happy. 7 x 5.5 here I come!

Today I noticed that during stretching I could feel the ligaments at the base of my penis being pulled on. It wasn't uncomfortable, just evident that I was pulling on the ligaments. I also have slightly more control over my kegel exercises. I can now hold a kegel for a count of three. I did 200 quick kegels, and 50 kegels held for a 3 count.

I tried a horse squeeze today, holy cow that's intense! I'd like to add it to my routine, but I need to work up to it. It was an intense feeling, and I can feel the potential for massive girth gains with that type of exercise.
 
9/21/09

I was out of town for a wedding all weekend, so little to no Penis Enlargement over the weekend. I managed to get the equivalent of one set of stretches in over the entire weekend at various intervals in the shower or bathroom.

I did 1 set of complete DLD newbie stretches and 300 jelques. No measuring. I'm going to try to hit the Penis Enlargement hard for the rest of the week, then measure sometime this weekend.

I need to kegel more, that's something that there shouldn't be any excuse for missing, yet I always seem to manage to not do them throughout the day.

Also, last Friday I did a set of stretching in the bathroom at work. I have a lot of free time during the day, so I might start to get in some stretching sessions during the work day.
 
9/22/09

I did 100 quick kegels, 5, five second horse squeezes, and then measured BPenis EnlargementL.

BPenis EnlargementL is now 6.25. This is the first time I've measured after a stretching set, and this was the longest stretching set I've done, and I upped the time from 30 seconds to a minute on each stretch, so that may be responsible for the small gain in length. However, it's still nice to see a bigger number on the ruler!
 
9/29/09

Got in 10 minutes of solid jelquing. Probably around 300 jelques. Also a medium day of stretching while at work.

Did 5, five second horse squeezes at work as well.

I like upping the stretch time to 60 seconds, that seems to give a better stretch and I feel it more.
 
10/8/09

Over the last week or so I've been pretty diligent about stretching while at work. I don't have lube there so I've been doing horse squeezes as well. I got in a solid 400-500 jelques tonight as well.

I measured today and got:

6.25 BPenis EnlargementL (gain!)
4.875 girth (gain!)

Since I've started Penis Enlargement I've gained 1/4 inch in BPenis EnlargementL and 1/8 inch in girth. Other benefits include:

-Harder erections
-After several sessions of sex, I can maintain a harder erection. I used to only be able to get to about 70-80% after 2 or 3 rounds in the same day, now I am 95%-100% every time it seems like.
-My girl has commented on my [words=http://fleshlight.sjv.io/c/348327/302851/4702]stamina[/words] increase
-She cums from the bottom now regularly. In the past, she would have to get on top while I sucked on her tits. I think the minor length gain I've gotten is now hitting something that I wasn't in the past.
-I've come completely clean with her and Penis Enlargement. Talked about my goals, and she supports it fully. She swears that I am perfect the way I am (I'm already the biggest guy she's been with (how sad is that)) so she doesn't have a real gauge to know how big she wants me to get. We are thinking of buying a couple different sized dildo's in an effort to see if she really enjoys bigger, and just how big she would like me to be. She is scared of 8 x 6, so maybe 7 x 5.5 or something. I'll report back if we do the dildo experiment.
