Names Minnieme. I've never really posted much on this forum, but I have a problem and I figured most of the people on this board seem to be nice guys, so I mind as well ask.

My girlfriend weighs between 135-145 and she is about 5'5. I know it is vain of me but I really want her to lose weight. I have been thinking about breaking up with her, because I am just not turned on by her body. Don't get me wrong she isn't the size of shamu (spelling?), however, I can't help it that I am more turned on by thinner girls. So, how can I go about hinting to her that I want her to lose weight, without hurting her feelings?

Try to convince her to join you in training. You both should be training from home. That should do it.

That's not much weight at all that's too little weight. But if it's true, that is just fat, get her to start going to the gym, treadmill or bike. Treadmill or bike bare minimum 30 minutes everyday 45-60 is better. Treadmill pace 3.5mph for as long as possible if she can't do 30 minutes that speed it needs to be 20 minimum then 3.2 at the least the last ten. If biking keep pace 10-14mph the whole time.

Also soda I just cut out soda from a liter to two a night twist up 900 calories a liter I burn 360ish on treadmill so I probably burn like 700-850 a day total. Don't switch to aspartame buy diet soda that says zero calories or sugar free or zero sugar with sucralose not aspartame or sucrose it's what's in splenda original only 0-5 calories a can vs 150. If she drinks soda there goes a lot of fat right there in 2-3 weeks you will shit yourself or in this case cum yourself. Foods try do do similar for foods much harder more browsing but it can be done that is my next step. Fat will start leaving fast as shit especially if working out very very damn fast.

I shut out this soda when I started drinking monster drinks 😱 found out later they were ten times worse 🙃 😑 😒
