Is there a way to get bigger better testicles not just the sack but the actual balls?
 
You can try the testicle health massage,it will improve the blood flow in your balls,and it will look bigger...thats the only way i think

Good tips above on the testicular massage and the ROP ...

Take a tablespoon of organic Sunflower Lecithin (not Soy) a couple of times per day, just dump it on your tongue (don't inhale!) and wash it down with water, .. along with a gram or more of Dong Quai extract capsules.

These specifically effects the balls for making them larger, increasing their size and their semen content.

If you're looking to increase ejaculate volume, they would be minor players and you would need other stuff, and a lot of water, to get your fluid output way higher (we've had lots of threads on that here this year) but for ball size you'll like these.

Also eat more hormone-supporting fats such as coconut oil, egg yolks, macadamia nuts, etc,... and stay away from eating/drinking anything that's been in contact with plastics because most plastics contain toxic estrogenic chemicals that will bio-accumulate in your body and mess up your dude hormones.

An excellent way to increase blood flow and also bring good separation of the scrotum to the base of the shaft allowing for much better hang.

Nothing special,testicle health massage to improve the blood flow..strech the balls sack to make them hang lower..and stopped wearing underwear..so my balls are hanging all the time,they are not squashed in the unedrwear anymore.

How much of a size increase can you get from this, noticeably different?

This is one of the subjects I'd tend to 'write a book' about .. (will try not to). Lecithin is a form of nootropic, it's neuroprotective, it's hepatoprotective (that's the Liver), it scours your veins and arteries clean (easier and harder erections is one of the effects of that .. even spontaneous, like being a teenager), it protects the pineal and pituitary glands (you'll get a hormone boost just from that), it'll probably make you start coughing up or sneezing up dark bletch out of your body as it cleans out your blood system, .. etc etc etc ..

The mechanism by which it increases ball size is more to do with protecting the testes from environmental and myco toxins and from the resultant oxidative stress, and by increasing blood flow so things work properly. If someone is young and eats very cleanly .. it might not do much at all. If someone has some miles on them and eats junk food .. they're probably going to be impressed with the difference. I can't say it'll do "XYZ" size difference, because essentially it's 'just' returning the balls towards their natural size .. so that's going to vary from person to person based upon how big they should be, and how much smaller they are at the time due to insult from environmental factors for hormone disruption and oxidative stress, (or even overuse such as chronic masturbation etc), but for me when I take the time to go on Lecithin it's probably like a third ... say 33%, -- which is pretty good, and also probably a condemnation of some of my eating habits.

Lecithin's effect (once again, from Sunflower .. not Soy) can be superpotentiated a bit by adding some Rutin .. a couple of grams per day, and (if the person is not already on blood thinners) Ginko Biloba too, 120mg capsule with each spoonful of Lecithin. The effects should be obvious in anywhere from 3 to 21 days. If it's quick then the difference would seem obvious, if it takes a few weeks then the user might want to chart it when starting out .. such as palpating the balls to bracket them with your fingers and then measure that with a ruler or sketch it down on paper.

Also a +1 for Freeballing/commando. Let em breathe, keep em cool. If balls liked being warm they'd be on the inside in the first place where a bear/wolf/tiger couldn't bite them off..

Really that'd be awesome, I'll look into that, are these complicated stretches like requiring a lot of dexterity, and how long does it take to effect flaccid length that I would imagine it's not as slow as length or girth gains. My sack is always tight and hard

If your sack is hard and tight my first advice would be stop wearing underwear ! It may feel weird at first but youre gonna get used to it believe me..i stopped wearing underwear like 2 weeks ago and my balls are hanging 1 inch lower than before..

And no,the scrotum strech its not hard,its very easy,just grap your dick with 1 hand,your ball sack with the other,and strech both the penis and the scrotum in opposite ways.Like this :

The scrotum skin its pretty soft so if you do this everyday , lets say 60 reps, you should be seeing changes within a month.Happened to me

They are really good with this because it causes a definite separation at the base of the penis and the top of the scrotum. The more you do them the better the hang both in scrotum and in flaccid penis hang. The reason many men have a poor flaccid hang is their scrotum is too tight and that pushes the penis up and outward. Doing this exercise will allow the scrotum to hang lower which will automatically make the penis hang longer.

Me too. I think I avoided this through two things, first I have always anchored a hand at the base of my penis during all stretching. The second is I practice the testicle health and massage. With all the PE I do you would think I would have a gobbler:)

Personally, I think Asanon is over reacting to the messing up a dude's hormones. It can cause health issues if exposed to them to excess. Alcohol is a know toxic to the human body, but the warnings of its' dangers doesn't stop people from consuming it in excess... moderation is the key. You can minimize the exposure to consuming of these estrogenic chemicals by not microwaving food in plastic containers, use glass when possible.

My thought is Exercise Regularly, Eat Healthy, Get Plenty of Rest and Die Anyways.
