I am thinking about starting a new routine tomorrow, as my current routine seems too "SOFT", but would like to know what you guys think about it first, before doing anything that turns out to be counterproductive.
6am: 3 x 15 minutes hanging, 20 minutes LM session
Rest (possibly some SG at low tension)
12pm: 1 x 10 minutes hanging session every hour in between 12pm to 12 am
12 am: 15 minutes hanging session and 20 minutes LM session again.
In total 3 hours of hanging and 40 minutes LM. . .
Does it seem a little excessive?
