I am thinking about starting a new routine tomorrow, as my current routine seems too "SOFT", but would like to know what you guys think about it first, before doing anything that turns out to be counterproductive.

6am: 3 x 15 minutes hanging, 20 minutes LM session

Rest (possibly some SG at low tension)

12pm: 1 x 10 minutes hanging session every hour in between 12pm to 12 am

12 am: 15 minutes hanging session and 20 minutes LM session again.

In total 3 hours of hanging and 40 minutes LM. . .

Does it seem a little excessive?
 
Do it and see if you can handle it or not,we can't tell you that..i would sugget wearing the SG at mid-low tension when you're not doing any PE , to keep the penis in that stretched position.

It looks like a pretty intense length routine and if you are doing PE for some time,you should be able to take this routine.Try it for a few days and see what's happening..if you're sore or you have EQ problems it might be too much,if not you're good to go.

To me nothing is overkill. The routine you have outlined is an excellent length routine and I think you will fare well. I am assuming you do not want girth at this time?

Thanks DLD. . . Supprised you notice I am staying away from girth ATM. Right now I am just trying to get longer and then concentrate on girth later.
Worried girth might make length gains slightly more difficult to achieve.
 
As DLD said, nothing is overkill.

My fastest and greatest gains came when I dedicated the most effort and time.

I got lazy, solely pumped after that period, resulting in more girth.

I need to stop playing around and get back to work on length just as you are currently doing.

Keep it up.

Been doing this for a minute, I can tell what my Brothers are up to:) Your routine looks great too, just don't be scared to go that extra mile.

My fastest gains came when I was really going overboard with exercises and the old PowerAssist. I found out early that the harder you work the faster the gains come.

PE is an evryday thing..i was tired n depressed yesterday i just grabbed the LM n had a 20 mins session.. LMAO

Doing too much is not a good idea. It is best to have a simple/effective routine. If you want to focus on hanging, focus on it only. You shouldn't be hanging, using SizeGenetics - Penis Traction Extender and using LengthMaster - Penis Bundle Stretcher & Weight Hanging all together. You are doing too much which some times doesn't bring gains.
 
Start with the MOS DVD, and then progress from there. But as long as you know your penis and you are increasing the intensity as you go, I think you are good.
