Hey guys I am new to PE kinda. . . . Been on & off, N have now decided to go in on it 100%.
Question is, I have been doing the newbie routine and bathmate for 3 weeks now. Gained . 30 in length and .25 girth
Seriously considering trying hanging by the end of the 4th week/ start of 5th week. Do you guys think its too early or a good time to start?

LOL... why would you want to change your routine while you're gaining? Hanging will take more time and dedication then the newbie routine and it's a fastlane to injuries. Stay on the newbie routine for at last 4 months or until you stop seing gains and then consider switching to a higher intensity routine. Once you start hanging there's no way back to the newbie routine.. consider that.

Manual stretching hurts!!! My skin really hurts like crazy when i stretch manually, regardless of what I try. BTW, I am not considering ditching the routine just thinking if I can add hanging or an extender to it. Thanks for the reply bro.
 
The skin will loose after a few weeks, stay on the newbie routine for 3-4 months straight and then buy an extender and add 4-6 hours of extending to your manual routine.

if manual stretching hurts your skin it is very possible hanging will as well. I've used an extender since i started PE and never had any negative effects from it. your routine is working so you dont need to but you can add to it if you want to. i think extenders are great additions to manual routines
 
I trust blue nigga cuz my skin was also hurting from the stretches scary bad. A little hydrocortisone cream cleared it up overnight lol thank dld for the tip
 
Thanks guys. . . I really appreciate all the advice. Gonna try get an extender and use at night after doing the duration routine in the day.

The fast gains you have already made should keep you steady on the routine you are using. Adding in the SizeGenetics would help bring gains even faster and in your case that is FAST. You are a quick gainer and should be very happy with the changes so far. Lets hope they continue for you.
