I recently decided to give PE another shot since I now have enough time. I was wondering the proper measurement position, as back in 2011 I was at 7.25 bpel and 6.75 nbpel and today I was at 6.5 bpel and 6 nbpel.....I was thinking that this was due to that I had spent a total of around 7 hours in the extender today and that I was having ssomeissues getting hard. But, it made me wonder if it was that or positioning, or if it just shrunk. Lol
 
Maybe you measured wrong back in 2011, It dosen't mater how you measure as long as you do it the same way every time to track your progress.

Yeah, it sounds like either you measured in a different place or you lost some temporary gains but it seems like too much to loose so I would put it at the measuring as being the issue. Do you remember where you measured from in the past? I prefer to measure while sitting and I place the ruler in the same spot every time, right in the center of my penis, along the top firmly against my pubic bone. If I try to measure in the same place but standing I end up loosing a bit of length so I prefer to sit. But as it has been said, it really does not matter where you measure from as long as it is the same place and the place you measure from is secure and unchanging like the pubic bone.
 
I used to measure standing, along the middle on the top. This time was sitting on the middle top. but I am still sore, so I'm thinking I just overworked myself yesterday. I'll take a few days off as I am still kinda sore ish and try to measure again when the soreness goes away. Actually, had pictures from when I had before. Used the same technique, same placement, just was sitting/sloaching on a stool could have been the issue. Was kind of a dissapointment.

Fatigue can cause a temporary loss of size due to being so tired. I will measure only when I can get a maximum size, I usually take a Vigra to make sure I am at that state. If I am fatigued I can lose size in the measurement. Best advice is to put a day or two of rest in the mix before you measure to ensure good eq.

Yea, I'm gonna a take a couple days off probably just uncle Jim wrap so I keep with doing stuff and after it gets back feeling normal get the proper measurements using the same stuff as before; so I can get an accurate restarting place. I'll let ya know how it goes. Thank you again for your assistance :)

Yea, a little bit of it was EQ moved up about a quarter inch. so it did shrink about a half inch, but i think that's mostly because the head doesn't get swelled up like it used to. I sure as hell gained weight though; did not think it made that much of a difference. but there is a good inch to an inch and a half just in the fat pad. Gonna start myself up a diet; for my "health" ;). Since around 80% of weight loss is diet, i think that could get me back that loss. Plus, drinking more water and eating healthier will probably help promote better circulation; as well as all of the needed vitamins and minerals that could possibly help to promote recovery of tissue. (still have some of the pills gonna start on those as well) It's still sore, so i'm gonna make progress where i can :) was thinking about buying the Phallosan Forte to make progress in the night hours as well. (have an SG, BM, pump and pills already)

Sometimes the biggest gain we can make is a loss in weight. I know for myself this is a huge factor. When I am overweight I can loose 2" easily in visual length and it is depressing. But, once I drop all that bad weight the inches come back and I am all smiles. Every man who is starting PE and is overweight should make equal efforts in gaining size and loosing weight.

Happy too hear your eq has returned and you are reaching a good measurement. I am always glad to know our advice was on target.
